Domestic Violence

There is a promo (I think) where Kunal pushed Mauli, I am just kind of miffed with the CVs that they are normalizing these assaults because their male lead is doing it and it is the first of its kind incidence he would go scot free, but it remains to be seen whether Mauli will be blamed for it or they'll bring their old drama of guilty Kunal.

When we have a victim of domestic violence in the show, can they not show that her destined partner (Kunal) can assault his wife if he's angry or frustrated, doesn't that suppress the whole plot? Even if Kunal feels guilty about it, the fact is that this guy is a habitual offender, he feels guilty then does the same thing again. I am just hoping that they edit that scene

Yes I saw that video too. If he is not interested he could have told her politely instead of pushing her like that. That scene made me think if Kunal is thinking mouli as other woman who is trying to seduce him. How would a wife feel if she is being treated like this just for taking the first step.

did he pushed normally or he pushed hursh way ? I have not seen the vedio so no idea but if he push her harshly then he is defiantly wrong.. here I have another feeling too if no means no for a girl be it single or married than it the same apply to for the boys also...any way yet to seen the vedio or promo so it's just an opinion for now

I really do not want to think how would a wife feel, even a girlfriend because it was outright humiliating rejection and it's not because he's not in the mood but because he has feelings for other woman, he is hurting his wife while promising the other woman a lifetime of happiness, such a loser

And the push was too much, people don't see it unless you are bleeding red and blue, physical assault is not normal, you don't push your wife and he didn't do it with playful intention, he literally pushed her with force but she landed on bed and there was no blood so it's okay, next time when there is blood we'll talk about domestic violence

Lets wait for the episode before judging anyone here. Normally promos are meant to be dramatic to get attention of the viewers 🤔

may be Kunal want to save life of mauli that is why he push her

I haven't seen the promo so only speaking from character analysis

Though I don't like Kunal much but I'd not label him as domestic abuser, he's quite far from it tbh
One needs to measure the severity of the push and the intention behind it in order to actually qualify the push as violence

Anyway I do not think Kunal can physically hit Mauli, it just isn't in his character
However the metaphorical slap on her trust is a violation of another kind
