I believe more than losing his entire empire the biggest loss for KK would be losing his family. I dont believe the makers will show him a pauper. His family will all stand with Sid and that is Sid's win. My two cents.

KK will loose some height since the dupe is there and he will gain some weight too.. we will get some more romance and some more emotional drama. I have all my cool now since sabko sab pata chal gaya hai
