What if after Naina ends the engagement with Sharad , people in college gets to know she ended it? And Sunaina might start tarnishing Naina's character about how she broke up with Sameer and now broke off her engagement? Sameer hears this, and obviously gets angry and shouts at Sunaina??

I think YUDKBH has always tried to create some scenes from Main ne pyar kiya and in that movie there was that scene where Salman Khan has a fight because that guy forces Suman
So i think in this track somewhere either Sharad or Vicky will try to force Naina and people in college will talk about her character then Sameer will fight for her like prem

She is loud mouthed that girl sunaina...The way she Taunted Naina about leaving sameer...She will definitely try same when she hears of Engagement Break... May be she will comment..."Sameer jaise ladke ko chodne ka fal mila tumko and all...isi ki sazaa mili tumko aaj sagai bhi toot gayi..""And Sameer will then Bash her in front of whole college..

And she could also kind of warn Naina that " dekho tumhara rishta toot gaya Iska matlab tum Sameer ko wapas paane ki sochns bhi mat. Sameer ab mera hai. Tum usse baat karne ki bhi himmat mat karna
