Bw is the only place. Truth is people should realize the real stars are writers and directors. If you've a good film it'll do well. That's it. for more momentum, you get stupid PR stories for the Mills and Boons crazy females. And for others, you get your poodles like the Azmis and Akhtars to make hyperbole.

Voila a star is born.

That is the anatomy of a manufactured star. The system is perfected. It's just being followed here. Just like US pop/rap/hip hop stars. All are industry slaves. They're manufactured and the music labels own them and make the real money.

People lap up any shit like that Kiki Challenge.

And the cycle continues. Mediocrity continues.

Nepotism is there in almost every aspect, but there should be a limit, KJO and Alia Bhatt have crossed that. If Alia is extraordinary, then a lot of people are extraordinary. No matter how hard they try to push the narrative that Alia is a blessing for bollywood, she is not going to get the respect of a self made star, and she should realize that she is so damn privileged. Alia is talented and hardworking, but at the same time she is overrated and not a complete package as a performer. Well, Alia craze is going to be over someday.. hope an amazing outsider makes it to the top and gives Alia and even Janhvi, Sara, Ananya, Suhana 'a run for their money' ..

the limits has been crossed for long time. I don't know y people deny that. they gave logic that she succeeded. No-one in the past has got do many privileges likes Aliya gets! she is hailed as best thing on the planet n media runs by kjo 😆

I hope the same that some actually good looking and gud actress make it to the top. overall amazing package. Aliya doesn't have the appeal as well. this average looking girl would've not even have made to the tv in reality😆

problem is she get pissed when people talk about her privileges. even her fans justify it. accept your god damn privileges n accept that h take away best projects. others don't get such movies then how they gonna prove

She will continue to do good work. but I know her contemporaries will up there game in the next few years. it will happen..just watch. alia will still be flooded with the best opportunities, but competition will happen with her for sure.

Karan made her went out of the way to handpick projects for her and she made use of the opportunities. She may not be the best out there but she isn't the worst either. Personally I find pooja bhatt more spunky onscreen than alia.

That is a harsh reality. Alia is never going to be called a self made star. Because this world has plenty of ppl who are quick to judge. But, i really dont think Alia's stardom is gonna go down or Alia 'craze' is going to be over. She has her own loyal fans and as long as she continues to put the same zeal passion n enthusiasm in her work she aint going anywhere. Also, i dont think there is any Alia craze as such. The only ppl who contribute to the hype majority of the times are the ones who open these nepo topics. Nobody is head over heels in love with Alia, everyone just likes her acting which has been pretty much consistent in every film she has done. The minute ppl can see ur being lazy or not putting efforts, thats when they start losing interest in u. Also, jahnvi fans and alia fans and outsider fans can coexist. Thats how its been for so many decades n in every era in BW.
