1) I guess Rithwik is behaving out of habit; he is used to putting his family first and he knows no better way. Wrong or right, that's what it is.

2) I felt horrible for Palak today, especially when she broke down in the car. A reverse gear at the airport would lead to so much was not something she had been prepared for. But I don't think Rithwik would have let his emotions come out so strong before Palak if the entire kidnapping thing hadn't happened. He knew he had started feeling for her but he would not have been so expressive about it without the kidnapping incident...everything was extremely unplanned

3) I only think that he owes an explanation to Palak, about why he is getting married. That's the only thing that I would expect of him for now; if he cared for and respected Palak like he expressed yesterday, he would have to find the opportunity to have a proper conversation with her

4) At this very moment I cant expect anything else out of him because choosing your family over love is not wrong either...he is only doing what he thinks is right ...totally borne out of habit

5) Ofcourse, the romantic in me will always hope (restless,pining😆) that he chooses love over family before its too late 😃

Agreed that he's way too attached with his family...he probably breathes for them ...

I don't know yaar... I don't feel Ritwik is a coward...
I can see where is he coming from...
He cares for his family a lot..esp his dad..he has never loved/trusted anyone outside his close circle of family and friends...he even told once if he ever agrees to marry Ananya it will be bcoz his dad likes her a lot...he is engaged to her..she blindly trusts him(keeps saying so)...is his childhood friend...he cannot do anything foolish to jeopardize his standing with Puri's at this point since it will also jeopardize his best friend's marriage (which he thinks was cancelled bcoz of him)...he is in this situation...
He was so convinced and opinionated about everything...women, love etc...so convinced that love doesn't exist...but then then he is hit by a storm...a girl who goes against every belief he had... he was still trying to deal with the new found totally foreign emotional connect... confused, surprised...trying to understand what's going on with him... and then the kiss happened and he might be feeling shocked at his own reaction...he is still trying to understand...brooding and sulking to banta hai and he is not sure of his feelings yet... he just knows that he has a lot of feelings which he is not able to sort out ...due to his circumstances...it's actually hard.. to take a stand when so much is at stake...he will have to probably hurt every relationship that was dear and near to him until now in life to take a stand... and if he is indeed sacrificing (that is, if he has understood that he loves Palak , but decided to let go of her for every body else's sake), I think that needs a lot of courage too...probably much more than what is needed otherwise.

Very true...he is not being transparent...he is not showing the courage to face his own emotions..and he is not able to handle his emotions and is unnecessarily hurting Palak a lot...I am very disappointed with Ritwik after today's episode...whatever it maybe how can he be so rude to this girl... I mean, she put her life at risk to save you yaar... at least be civil when behaving with her... she never demanded anything from you so far... every time she has proved that she was doing the right thing... she even took his marriage news with so much dignity ...she did not ask or say a word...if such a girl is saying that I want to talk to you about something important, the least you can do for her is give her a chance to speak ( even if you assume that what she has to say is related to you and her) ...she deserves at least that much ... what he did today was down right rude...I doubt he even treated his so called 300 girl friends this rudely... I feel really bad for Palak

Exactly!! She doesn't deserve his cold shoulder & rudeness with no fault of her 🤢
