i think they are just confusing audience and are keeping all options open so that if nia as arohi/tara doesn't work they could show her as Deep's ex..

and these dialogues and all, obviously they will maker her say all this to confuse us nahi toh easily reveal ho jata..and she may be purposely calling her as Deep's wife to get into RM..she won't reveal her identity soon..
