As you said yourself, it has only been two episodes where vish hasn't been given much screen space. The characters don't get all equal or the same screen space in each episode. So we can't say she is being sidelined so soon.

In the promos anita and karishma were shown hence people keep thinking that anita's vish is the main female lead and because she was shown more in the promos, she should be getting a lot of screen space and is the main person who kicked all this off. This isn't necessarily true. Bela's reality was the mystery and surprise element of the show which was intentionally kept a mystery, which was to conceal the identity of who the real ruhi is, and by showing karishma and anita only so much, they were intentionally giving us the impression that anita was actually ruhi and the main naagin, but they did a similar thing in season 1 in which they gave a lot of screen space as a naagin to adaa at first before they revealed that she wan't the main naagin.

Remember that anita's vish is not the main naagin, and the main naagin is the one who will get the most screen space, especially considering they need to run the revenge track of the main naagin alongside her love story, hence why she will automatically be given more screen space than vish. Plus you are forgetting how much screen space vish has been given in majority of the episodes till now, and it has been no more than 8 episodes of the show yet, and just because they haven't given a lot of screen space to vish in merely two episodes, doesn't mean she is being sidelined. It all comes down to the situation/ track the writers want to focus on that will determine which character gets maximum screen space in an episode.
