The promos has shown Bela is surrounded by Naagins which we think. But still nothing is clear.

That first promo came to my mind as well. But then I thought maybe it's just a pilot shoot (referring to what happened with Ruhi) to give a small glmipse of the storyline. Though they shot with SJ and AH not Karishma
