So today Punjabi Malfoy proved why I was a fan of Malfoys despite their obvious shortcomings 😉 It was because of this allure of power ... This is why I love villains..The swag, the "own the place attitude , The one man/woman armyship and that insatiable appetite for victory. As someone who has been a fan of harshad since desh days I am so happy that he finally has a TV dad who is not a mitti talking, gullible, superstitious moron 🤣 🤣 Aaj ka review is a song written in praise of a king whom today we saw defending his PRINCE 😉

The best part of today's episode was that we saw how they brought a tiger to ruin the game of two very aggressive kittens 🤣 Punjabi Malfoy in his full glory wasn't even required because quite frankly DoDo and Despo did not make a convincing case in the first place. My only disappointments today are unfortunately AdiYa. Zo with her "humare Yash chant and Adi and gis raised hand. But more on that later 😉 First let me appreciate how Punjabi Malfoy incindeoed RajMa cotton candy castle 😉

So first of all Punjabi Malfoy brought in witness box the owner of the shop where AdiYa first met. (Good move but a bit extra, in a good way .) Now, that cctv footage could easily be discredit because of no sound. Whatever RV's point was regarding that video was speculation, and speculation is not concrete evidence. But I liked that the owner was brought, because that shows how precise and through Punjabi Malfoy at his job. Then his next witness was the interns. Very obvious, again. It's RajMa's horrendous plotting in effect. Mahi's testimony as colleague was never enough to prove that AdiYa was having an affair and their supposed affair does not provide any concrete support to RV's case. (To think yesterday he was gloating about not having seen such shady people in his entire career had me like 🤣 🤣 ; dude your career is pathetic 🤣 ) Then Yash's friend came and told the court that Yash didn't even use the 5 crore rupees he borrowed from Pooja in business. This was followed by Yash's therapist who told the court that Yash was clinically depressed. Overall the case Punjabi Malfoy made was that Yash was a shady and greedy character who sucked at everything he touched and as a result he fell into depression and committed suicide and co-incidentally took Pooja down with him. (I think it was absolutely brilliant and he prepared entire defense in one night because his strategy was changed yesterday )

Now; I will play AdiYa's lawyer for two minutes and try to defend them against RV's case, just to see how good Punjabi Malfoy did 🤣

Evidence no. 1:- Mahi's testimony against Zo and Adi

My defense:- A. Mahi never had good relations will Zo evidently seen at Yash's funeral. Second her testimony was her perspective and someone's personal opinion is not evidence. Third AdiYa falling in love after Poosh's death has no impact whatsoever on the said case so it's not even relevant at the first place. Fourth and most important, a question...Does the witness has any beneficiary reason to discredit the suspect? Yes. If Zoya goes to jail for Yash's murder, every property that was transferred in Zo's name after Yash's death will go to his next of kin which is Mahi. So due to the above explained reason, ruling out bias from Mahi's testimony is next to impossible hence the said testimony is not valid.

Why hooda couldn't use it:- It will require a through character study of Mahi which will include her supposed affections for Adi. Discrediting Mahi was the best option but Zoya pulled out.

Evidence no. 2:- Madhu's testimony against Zo and Adi

My defense:- Same as Mahi

Why hooda couldn't use it:- Same as Mahi

Evidence no. 3:- Rajveer's testimony

My defense:- Rajveer's entire testimony is speculation. He simply speculated that if apple is missing, AdiYa ate it. He had nothing else. AdiYa having an affair today proves nothing. AdiYa being in Mussorrie on that day proves nothing. Because it is in Murder 101 and if you are not pushing the victim off a cliff by your own hands for sadistic pleasure stay the hell away from crime scene. It would have taken Hooda two minutes to break his over confidence.

Why hooda couldn't use it:- Well I think it was more of a choice. Plus RV is a CBI officer, discrediting his investigation skills and making it prime factor of your defense is a risky move and might end up rubbing the justice department the wrong way. No matter how questionable his investigative skills are 🤣

Evidence no. 4:- CCTV footage

My defense:- AGAIN speculation! Just because it "seem like they are shopping together it does not prove anything. Even if they were shopping together it proves nothing. They had a third person in footage (the shop's owner) whom RV did not find involved in murder so if anything that footage gives AdiYa a clean chit. Unless they were seen purchasing the murder weapon or you have an audio+video of them plotting the damn murder ,this isn't even evidence.

Hooda did use it.

Evidence no. 5:- Adi doing the emergency landing in Dehradun

My defense:- Same as Hooda's.

Now coming back to Zoya madam losing her damn mind over her Yash getting insulted.

1. First of all It's Yash's family who has accused you and Adi of Yash's murder. Pooja's family wants no part in it. So it is more of Yash's murder case than double murder case. It's YOU AGAINST YASH to be precise. You cannot protect the enemy if you want to be saved.

2. About time Zoya prepares herself for SHOCKS. This ain't a living room fight with her beloved sister in law, this is the bloody court where she stands accused of murder. The situation is as dirty as it can get. If she didn't want anyone to be trashed then she should have confessed that she murdered them both leaving Adi out of it. Woman you cannot have it both ways

3. Between Yash and Pooja, Yash is the Shadier character. He was eyeballs deep in debt. His family was loggerheads at each other. He was cheating on his wife. He despite his company going through such a bad phase was busy shopping for diamond rings. Nothing Hooda said about him is stretch. He sucked at his job, He sucked as a son (not eaving anything to his mom and sis 😡 ) He sucked as a husband. Him being depressed is not a stretch either. What on earth does Zoya knows. She knew nothing about him. Neither his financial troubles, nor his fav dish...ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Compared to them Adi-Pooja had a more wholesome marriage. Except for different hobbies and interests, Pooja had nothing going wrong in her life. She was great at pretending to be a good wife, She was a great daughter, a great daughter-in-law a good artist. And Given how horrible a person Mahi and even Madu at times are, it's hard to believe that Yash was a misunderstood goody two shoes underneath all this. Ask Wassem there is a reason behind his hatred for him. Wasim does not seem like a person who would hate someone on face value, given he is not hating Adi yet.

4. Mummy jee angle:- Well your mummy jee slapped you in front of entire media. Your mummy jee declared you culprit without even listening to your defense and your mummy jee raised a son who fallowed such rayta all over the place. On top of that she raised and is still standing with a daughter who is holding a sword to your neck. The only way your precious little mummy jee would have been spared of the humiliation if she had raised a son with morals or at least a daughter who is not pathologically vindictive. So to hell with your mummy jee.

5. Aditya is dragged in this nonsense alongside you. Would you rather have him go to prison to save your dead moron husband's dignity? Damn it Zoya, take a damn stand. Either accept that you still worship Yash and sacrifice yourself for his fake dignity and forgive his sins because well he had testosterone in bulk in his system and because you are a firm believer that estrogens' one and only purpose in life to satisfy and protect and worship the boiling jar of testosterone 🤣 Or woman up, get a spine, tell your dear mummy jee and beloved bi*ch in law to shove it, flush the cheater out of your life and build a life for yourself. You cannot have it both ways honey. You just can't.

Aditya raising hand on Zo. Well first of all CVs everything I pointed out about Zo applies to you too. Stop trying to justify cheating by proving Zoya right to feel bad for Yash by pulling out such an intense reaction from Adi. Its ridiculous and regressive and plain wrong. If Adi still feels a responsibility towards Pooja than he is just as dumb as Zoya. Also proving Yash depreesed, suicidal and bad at his job is not equal to Pooja's character assassination. But Adi is a better man than that and I do not appreciate the use of violence to depict intensity. Aditya owes Zo an apology, a very sincere apology for that raised hand but for nothing else.

nothing abt adiya becos i support n defend both, becos i believe they act according to their nature, upbringing n circumstances.. we may feel they r wrong in their actions bt its just their flawed nature.. no one is perfect.. zoya is right in feeling hurt for yash n adi right in raising his hand for zoya calling poo characterless.. it just shows they have not moved frm their past completely yet n still have some soft corner for poosh..

I'm all for it to be labelled suicide and all that but what is my pet peeve, is when people are two-faced.

But then again Papa Hooda being the type of lawyer we all judged him to be, this should be no surprise and it isn't.

And yes, Zoya has faults but so does Adi and everyone else in this damn drama. After all, they are portraying the essence of being human. Everyone needs to stop jumping on the bandwagon against Zoya. No one is perfect. Not even Adi. Sorry... truth hurts. When he was talking crap continuously against Yash, even after Zoya knew the truth, and constantly taunting her in regards to her husband being good for nothing; and hounding her non-stop irrespective of her feelings and ignorance, I don't think people were discussing the wrongness of this at length?

I'm getting so worked up in regards to this labelling of Zoya as stupid, dumb and whatnot. She's not perfect, but she also has some great moments. If there is someone you want to blame, people should blame the script writer. It is so not cool to come on the forum and everyday see a post filled with negativity against Zoya. It's doing my head in, and I felt I had to speak out. I'm all for reviews and discussions about an episode but come on people.

Personally, I think everyone is getting too involved with the characters and story. It is a fictional story and quite unrealistic in many places even though the director and producer claim it's going to be reflective of reality.

This whole angle of police, jail and court scene has been thrown in from nowhere and makes no sense. If there is a reason for RV's character to come into the picture, duuude... it's been executed so wrong!

P.S. Forgot to say... I agree it's wrong of Zoya to take it out on Adi, I don't agree with her choice of words at all. I hate anyone degrading anyone else like that, in real life and in fiction. I immensely dislike what the CVs have done here. On both characters parts.

However, she is fighting blind at this moment in time. Give her the benefit of doubt. I'm fully convinced that once Zoya knows and understands that the reason Papa Hooda did what he did because Adi put him on the spot and put himself on the line; she'll see reason and also apologise. Come on Arjun... I'm hoping he comes through here.
