And he called her dramebaaz and said tum itni bhi bholi nahi ho.

And he very gently tried to put his POV across to her vis a vis lambi zindagi chhoti zingadi etc

He just wants to do things in the best way possible for her.

He is keeping her interests only in mind. His overriding ambition is in order to be worthy of her. This is how his mind has understood things especially after his nightmarish experience with amirzaade kids in school.

I don't blame him.

And our Sid is quite capable of springing quite a few surprises.

Anushka also had haldi on her face. Who knows maybe Sid is the one who put haldi on her!!😳
