One who is born here has to suffer. One who is free from all sins will attain moksha. So, if Gauri is so pious she might attain moksha.
Inder will attain moksha because KB is going to kill him himself. Also, one who dies in Kashi is free from this circle of birth and death.  Hinduism doesnt believe in ' Satan' or anything equivalent to it. We have ' Asuras' who have been created by the God himself. They have a role to play. Most of the asurs were bhakts in previous life and have taken a birth to just get killed by God so that they can attain Moksha. God actually let them do it. They act as an example. 

For all ordinary people this process of life and birth keeps happening.

But they are not in Kashi now any more right ?
they have left Kashi and are starting to Sidhpur
so hopefully he wont get moksha 
but again if KB kills him he will get moksha
