Namrata can be forgiven for her sins!!!!

She took the Shivlings to Kashi!!!!

There are good deeds to balance out your crimes!!!!

Remember Kauravs went to heaven because they died on Kuruskhetra!!!!

Yes, but that happened after they were punished for their sins in the battlefield. Besides, they died as warriors.
Every Asura who committed a sin were first killed by Gods and because Gods kill them they don't take another birth like ordinary people which is to say their sins are forgiven.

Namrata should be forgiven because she is unknowingly bringing the shivlings to Kashi? What logic is this? Did she even repent, did she even ask for forgiveness? Of course Hinduism has the concept of forgiveness. But you have to earn it.

That too when the good deed was not intentional. She is not sorry for what she has done. She believes the bag belongs to Rahul and if she delivers it to h he will talk to her.

yes
whatever she is doing still is all for Rahul
she has no repentance whatsoever
in that case there is no need for law and order at all
