Kriti Sanon to star in Vishal Bhardhwaj's 'Churriyan' with her sister?

Irrfan is irreplaceable. Want proof? Vishal Bhardwaj's proposed film with Irrfan has been put on hold till the ailing actor recovers completely. The idea of replacing the actor did come up but was immediately quashed.

"For both director Vishal Bhardwaj sir and me, there was absolutely no question of replacing Irrfan sir he is irreplaceable. The project that we were doing with him remains his. We will make it whenever he is fully recovered, says producer Prernaa Arora.

Prernaa's KriArj Entertainment now teams up with Vishal Bhardawaj for an alternative project titled Chhuriyan (knives), which goes on the floors in April. While the producer is unwilling to part with details on the project it is reliably learnt that the film tells the story of two fiercely competitive sisters who won't stop at anything to get even with one another.

Kriti Sanon's sister Nupur is expected to make her debut with Chhuriyan. Real-life sisters Kriti and Nupur will also be playing sisters in the film. "I am not revealing anything at the moment! But Chhuriyan will spring several surprises! says an excited Prernaa.

I don't actually mind if Nupur makes her debut in films at this stage because Kriti is finding her feet and is not as of yet 'established' in the real sense. She recently got awarded for rising star. They're from a normal educated family if Nupur has been bitten by the acting bug her talent should speak for itself. They don't have anyone in the industry promoting them or gaining access to projects via recommendation. It's a different scenario with Katrina and Isabelle and the former is established and is shoving her wooden sister on the audience. Kat's been hovering around Salman for yrs to help her sisters career but even he has now given up.
