The tub looks small and I don't think it's that deep either when filled with water.

One news showed that she had little injury on head, so could it be this faucet, that hit her head hard, and she got fainted / short time comma.. ? Generally people sit below the faucet, so that control of knobs for hot and cold water are within reach by hand,...

Or,... probably she sat on that little seat, and from there she slipped away ( that's what news are talking about slippage ) and, though the tub seems small,... She got her full head in and let say,...legs perhaps up, hanging on the other edge of tub's opposite side.

Slipping inside the water will not make any noise, and had also left the door open too, as she was a very timid and dependant person by nature, her mom was feeding her by own hands till she died, an d she also looked / chose boney as father-figure..

My guess is, perhaps she had not taken bath for 1-2 days, as timid person ( who keeps the door open ) are scared to take bath alone, when they are alone in foreign land,.. Perhaps that's why she chose to take bath before going out,...
