The movie costs over 200 cr so it needs to get over 300 crs to make a profit. It is all just numbers to the trade hacks and not truly financial analysis.
In Hollywood, movies are considered a hit if they earn 2 times the cost - ex. cost $20 million including P&A, then it needs to earn more than $40 million to be a hit.
Only about 50% of revenue from tickets sold go to the producers and sometimes even less depending on territory (China gives producers 25%).
