Filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya, best known for
his family dramas, has collaborated with
Salman Khan in several films and delivered
hits like Hum Saath Saath, Hum Aapke Hain
Kaun and the recent, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
Now it seems the director might be
choosing another actor over Salman for his
next film, reportedly based on the taunts
that exist in every family relationship.
A source close to Deccan Chronicle revealed,
"Sooraj liked a story about four protagonists
and the relationships that they share. Hence,
he wants to go ahead with the film soon.
But he has asked one of his associates to
helm the project.
Apparently, Salman has his hands full till
2019 and thus, Sooraj had no choice but to
approach other actors to play the role.
Further reports suggest that the ace
filmmaker might not be directing the film
himself but an assistant director from Prem
Ratan Dhan Payo is likely to helm the film.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman is
currently busy shooting for Remo D'souza's
Race 3 and also has Ali Abbas Zafar's Bharat
in the pipeline.
