Thakur?

Now the suspicion is on Thakur and his son. But it can be anyone.

Possible because Thakur obviously fakes being a bhakt. He isnt scared of anything although he has been breaking rules all the way.He tried to kill Shakti and Yashpal in the Temple. He damaged the temple yet he is not worried that the idol might cry in front of his house also. How is he so sure of this?

I feel it is some one else

probably every character here is an accomplice to the actual villian. Knowingly or unknowingly they are helping him in return of some kind of favour. Now that their purpose has been met already , he is killing them one by one in the name of Kaal Bhairav punishment.

Sarpanch was back and he acted as nothing happened when his daughter has been sacrificed and is now missing where as for Sheru he was devastated. 😕
