She was lying. Vikas kicked her out because of her demands which is justified. I read Shilpa's articles, she had accused the makers of sexual assault and what not. And then she kept changing her statements every now and then. It can't be a coincidence that she's kicked out of almost all her shows.

By her behavior after coming out of the show is confirming everybody the unnecessary issues she must have caused the channels and everybody involved the way she is not stopping with her bashing. Everybody has fought with each other and called names in the show. I am surprised why nobody is coming forward and showing all those videos where Shilpa has instigated everybody in the house against Hina and called her names.

SS signed an exclusivity clause while doing BGPH. After a while, she didn't wanna remain exclusive and wanted to do more shows. This was akin to breach of contract. The makers had given her a payraise before and offered even more to make her stay. But she didn't want to remain exclusive and started throwing tantrums and eventually stopped coming to the shoot. Later, when the complaints reached the channel head VG, he tried to make a dialogue with her and wanted to offer more money. But she was adamant so eventually the channel, as an organization, decided to replace her.

VG was not the owner of the production house or the channel. He held an official position and it was a technical decision that was taken by the corporation.

Even SS narrated the same story. So pray tell if you guys have an iota of knowledge about corporate world, who is wrong here?

Hats off to you for trying Fleur - though I'm pretty sure it's pointless. The glaring lack of respect for legalities and the fact that BB and Sallu actually aided and abetted defamation is beyond ridiculous. Firing someone is a crime now - as long as that someone is Shinde.

Shinde after BB - I don't know who did what and how much wrong to me - Salman clarified. Vikas is a good person.

The truth: She was out of line legally and professionally - Vikas had her replaced by the book, having tried dialogue first. That was where his role ended, and that was where her false allegations began. She also had multiple offers for TV, did a dance number too, etc. There was no ban, official or unofficial - and she admitted that - said it was all masti.

I don't know how wrong or right her producers were, but it wasn't them she tore the bill on. Shinde disrespected her contract and workplace, and then cashed in on the controversy by using it to defame, malign and harass a man on TV, who did nothing but his job. That was her game, based on lies and emotional manipulation - and it's the dirtiest I've seen across seasons.

This what makes Vikas great and the reason why I dislike Shilpa (however I can be reasonable and objective for her like I have been in other threads)
