I dedicate this SS to Pakpearl who asked me to write an Arshi SS on the movie Dil to pagal hai.
I had watched this movie when I was small.So I had to watch it again to write this SS.Special thanks to Sydell.Because if she had'nt given me the online link of this movie I would not have been able to watch it and write this SS.But this is not the exact copy of this movie.I have changed the story and scenes with more characters also.But theme will be same.I hope I have not spoiled this classic love story of Bollywood.
