Vikas is the most-trustworthy person in BB and even outside and that u could have seen when he stood up for Pratyusha. He always fulfilled his promises even in BB house If he said something to someone. Hiten knows and respects that. Now since he is still in BB house, he cannot sit and keep crying over Hiten and for what he would be seeing Hiten in few weeks. He is here to play the game and he is doing so. Pri is like a younger brother to him, he would and had always cared for him and that's why he used to get angry over his behavior the most. What this Vikas is you can see by the number of friends he has in the industry in such short span of time of his work. Vikas knows the game really well..he knows what should be done in these situations..viku made the 1st move to take hiten in his confidence .it was hiten's way of playing to be cordial to everyone n viku learned these tactics..i hv seen clipings where viku was focefully stopping hiten from going to hv a chat with hina or pri..viku wanted all his frnds shud only support him only..
