I saw on Twitter the transcript where Puneesh tells her that he saw both of them going into the washroom and Vikas got his daily "dose" (sex) and he saw them smiling.

Even if Vikas and Priyank have something going between who is she to talk about it or judge them. She clearly has been coming across as a bit insecure ever since Vikas and Priyank had patched up.
