After seeing Sabya's reply all I can say is the contestant who watched her mimicry video knew deep down that whatever she did was not very real and anyone can make fun of it including Shilpa. Plus when she disclosed the "matter" to others they all sort of shrugged this "issue" off!

Hence without making an issue out of this futile attempt, that contestant went ahead with the water issue just so as to fight and blame Shilpa! It worked she cried!
