Captaincy Task: How Hina and her friends scored another zero?

Hina and group didn't realize till the end of the task that this task could only be played by being inside the game so as to exercise some leverage in form of other contestant's doll. Foolishly Priyank went out of the game in first go, secondly Hina dropped akash. If one has to drop someone, they should have dropped it only at opportune time to make their friends move ahead or ideally keeping it till second last stage to maximize and utilize the leverage.

It looked like a captaincy task but was more of a task wherein one has to gradually increase his/ her leverage power after each round. So as a caretaker of doll, one had to primarily play for themselves to maximise their leverage till the second last round, even if you are with a doll of a person whom you don't want as captain.

But I am not sure what thinking drove them to force Luv to withdraw so prematurely, which ruined their groups game at that point completely since they had themselves given up all their leverage blinded by hate.

Analysis of Luv's game play:
Point of game is to understand what one is looking to take out of it.
1. Puneesh was looking to be secure in next week nomination or be nominated with Luv. Now it's easy to decipher and was even conveyed by Shilpa to Priyank. So what should Priyank have done? Strike a deal to save himself or Luv. Did he try doing it? NO

2. Coming to Luv choices, if he had gone till second last round with support of everyone even then he had full control to lose it in last round, why did he lose earlier?

3. He didn't try making a deal with Puneesh who was holding his doll and instead tried talking to vikas, why? Could he not deal directly deal with Puneesh? Problem is they themselves have made this impression in their mind that everyone from Punessh to Shilpa will follow vikas and don't even try to make an alternate group for the task either individually or as a group.

4. Had he taken it to the second last round, he would have been in a position to verify if vikas would really give up his captainship for Arshi? Hiten and Puneesh didnt want Arshi as captain, it was evident, could he have then struck a deal with Arshi, probably yes

As MSD theorizes take the game to the last over and let the opposition unravel itself under pressure, but guess I am expecting too much from contestants this year.

Nice analysis!!
This is exactly where Vikas scores with his brilliancy time and again. He almost always plans to take the game till the last minute where both the choices usually work for his advantage.
Hina and her friends let their emotions take control of them. They have always planned and plotted too but the planning is more emotional based than strategy based. For crying out loud, BB is a mind/strategy game - this is not where people should come to socialize, hang out, lay down under a blanket all day and cry your head out. There are tasks given - use your head, strategize and play. Simple!!!

I am surprised that they could not use a team of three members with two physically strong guys to make a contest out of it. Was shouting at Hiten the only strategy they could come up with?

I guess, the two physically strong guys lost their brain while building their physique.. 😆

Hina screams and shouts when she knows she is losing the battle. It's funny she thinks yelling and screaming at Hiten would make him change his mind. If at all, you are pissing the other person and forcing him to take a decision against you...

from your topic i understand that one has to play till the end strategically to get the captainship. if that being the case according to me the worst baby sitter of the whole task is arshi . she made sure that her going out of the game will not allow her to become the captain, the moment she confirmed this she made sure shilpa is out of the game and due to someone elses stratergy she became the captain

Agree, they failed to understand the basic thing that as long as you're in the game, not only you're in the position of bargaining but also you've an edge over out of game contestants in the sense that physically you can reserve a place for your group members or block the ones who you don't wanna go ahead.. by being out of the game what can you do other than begging.. all three contestants of Vikas' group were in the game till the last, he even wanted Arshi to to continue the game when he said that if I'm late you can reserve a place for me..

As an individual player Priyank followed by Arshi were the worst player, as a caretaker one is playing individually to increase one's negotiating power. Any group play is a consequence of such individual play. Even vikas didn't get the optimal result as he had to make lesser of two evils, Arshi the captain as she agreed take care of Puneesh interest.

Nice analysis.
Lol hina really thought she would pull back vikas' pram and not let luv enter and then hiten would play for her fairly 😆 hina and team thought that just by eliminating opposite prams they could win this task. Vikas played such an impressive game today! That's how u win tasks. By using ur brain and not by yelling when u got played by ur own game 😆
In her anger hina even said ki 'ab captain ya toh Arshi banegi ya luv' and then she realised she's talking about her friend and said luv toh phir bhi theek hai lekin Arshi nai. And then once she goes inside she's like 'hum toh Arshi ko hi banaana chahte the'😆

The first day itself they had flopped by losing two of their players. I can understand that Priyank was genuinely late but Hina could've still played and threatened to make Acash captain unless they keep her doll in the game. But idiots could not think much beyond their doll alone. And even Luv was only thinking of Hina's doll instead of his own doll.
As far as breaking the other group goes, their biggest flaw was flipping Hiten. She did this in the appy fizz nomination task when she didn't even try to create majority with Hiten and assumed that he would vote with Vikas. Even though in reality Hiten is very neutral or at least would pretend to be considering his "suljha" image. They really flopped in that regard for several reasons.
1) Vikas was planning/plotting but Hiten wanted to play game without cheating. It is very evident that he wants to play as fair as he can for the most part. The reason we know this is because he did not want to go to the bathroom with Vikas and Vikas forced him to come. That shows that even Vikas knew that if we left Hiten alone and the crying bell rang then Hiten will nicely go and park the pram.

2) After Hiten was inside the day care zone, she immediately started yelling, this is not fair while stopping Luv who was already outside. Vikas got a chance to point out that is that fair and she had nothing to say so she kept pleading to Hiten who was actually still trying to do his best. She should not have pulled back his pram so visibly at least

3) What she should've done at that point was said "I have full faith in Hiten that he will give 100% for me." Then she should've shut up and let Hiten make a decision. It would've actually exposed Hiten like she wanted but instead she starts screaming at him about his wife's message and blah blah blah.
Until then Hiten had words with Vikas of letting him park but Hina started spewing shit off her mouth impulsively. Why would the other person play for you at that point?

Those idiots still think Hiten is a follower when in reality he is lapeto-ing the entire khatiya mandli. He really didn't want to play for Hina and she gave him a reason to do just that by screamin and yelling at him. She is good at task but her biggest problem is that she has no patience to observe... Instead she acts rashly.

Puneesh also had understood the game and would have palti maroed had Luv dealt directly with him, remember there were only four caretakers left and both could have challenged vikas by forcing him strategically or by physical force, but again I don't think Luv is capable of individual play or strategy.
