Season HM's Traits Analysis : Day One Hina Khan

Hina Khan :

She is the most human character I have come across this season. She has her moments. She is sometimes fickle, sometimes vain, many times vulnerable. She has flaws and there are many but the biggest one is not accepting those flaws even if that opinion comes from a close ally without any malice she feels betrayed (wrt Priyank and Luv discussion) She is loyal and expect that loyalty to be returned which is human. She is no angel and knows how to stand up for her self interest which maybe be considered selfish or self centered but at the end of the day it's a game and if you want to win you can't keep on sacrificing your chances (wrt to asking BB if she could save herself) like in that prayer "Dusro ki Jay se pehle khud ko Jay kare " or that announcement in flights about making sure you wear your oxygen mask first before helping others. One of the most admirable trait I think she has is she likes to be best at everything. She is competitive. I have never seen her slacking or not working hard in tasks. She may make mistakes sometimes admits it sometimes not but she never bows down which you have to give it to her. She is maticulate about her appearance. I read she has planned her enter wardrobe with her stylist till last detail and it's not a small feat. I have never seen her tardy but always well dressed. As Models and Actresses they are taught from the start they have to make best of their resources (wrt to comments about applying layers of make up)Be it Karishma Tanna or Lopa they all dress up not to impress the other HM's but to please themselves as it's a joy for some people looking good because it makes you feel good about yourself and if you feel good you make other people and the audience happy. My point being at the end it should be your choice and no one should be made fun for that.

Now coming to her flaws :

She lies when she is in tough spot. Most of us do that many times when we know we won't get caught but she forgets or rather ignores the fact she can be cross checked for it and then convienient amnesia is hard to digest coming from a sharp and intelligent brain like hers.

Target audience : Teenage to 30 something Women who can relate to and get that insecure women or actress who needs to be put on pedestal and praised when she is doing well and who likes being the center of attention. She is serious fashion goals. She has some qualities which makes her compelling watch.

While people may have some of these traits but rarely you get a person who has all of these. Our dear Hina Khan. 👏
