These all were pretending to be like One big happy family. But aaj sachai saamne aa gayi. Hina gave them a chance to decide what they wanna do about captaincy. Shilpa backstabbed Akash once again and this time also made Puneesh backstab Akash. Puneesh is the same guy, for whose sake Akash gave his hair. Akash always sacrificed for him. But Shilpa ne wo bhi tod diya. This is what she is best at - breaking relationships.

Shilpa deliberately took the blame to stop the fight between akash and puneesh..she didnt do anything in actual.
