Govinda spends night with Celina!
Celina Jaitley had a party at her house on Friday night, where her closest friends were invited. Everyone was surprised to see Govinda there. A bigger surprise was the following morning when B-Town was buzzing with rumours of the actor having spent the night at her place.
A source present at the party confirms, "Govinda made a pretence of leaving Celina's party early, and then he returned when most of the guests had gone."
Honey toh hai
Govinda and Celina became close during the shooting of Money Hai Toh Honey Hai in Mauritius. He has also been promoting her as his co-star. Recently, Ganesh Acharya was to picturise a solo song on him for MHTHH, but Govinda insisted on having Celina in the song, "for sex-appeal."
According to a crew member, "On the sets, Celina was always the target of Govinda's pranks and she didn't seem to mind. It was very obvious to everyone that they shared a special bond. Govinda is grateful that while Lara and Priyanka refused films opposite him, Celina didn't."
Understandably, Celina is not happy with the rumours of the actor spending the night at her house. She snaps, "That's rubbish! My parents are staying with me, and they would freak out if they heard this. A couple of my close friends did stay over at my home but Chi Chi wasn't one of them."
Celina however admits she admires the senior actor, "I have always admired and respected him, even before I started acting. We connected on the sets of MHTHH because of our UP connection. I come from Lucknow, and we conversed in UP lingo."
Govinda's pankha
The actress admits being a Govinda fan, "I am awed by him as a performer and I won"t stop being friendly with him just because of these rumours. We do get along well and sit and laugh together, but he's a married man. People jealous of our friendship are reacting like this."
When asked about Govinda adding her to his song, she pleads innocence, "As far as the song in MHTHH is concerned, I don't know about it."

Govinda too sings the good friend tune, "Celina is a wonderful actress. I have gym in the morning and have to get up early, so I left her party by 1 am. Celina and I share a special bond and I find her a great co-actress; but we are just good friends. Celina doesn't need to be recommended by me. She is very talented."
