On the other hand, ishita was also crying hugging her pillow and said -kyun aapne mujhe chod diya raman. Kya hanara rishta itna kamzor tha, that u didn't took a minute to break it after knowing about my disability. Agar main maa nahi ban sakti toh isme meri kya galti hai. Maine toh hamesha aapko apni zindagi se badhkar chaha, phir kyun aapne mujhe apni zindagi se nikaal diya, Raman. She said crying and remembered the day she got to know this bitter truth of her life.
Flashback
Same day,when ishita went to her room, amma went behind her and asked -what u r doing, tu pagal toh nahi ho gayi.
Ishita turned to amma and said -kya hua amma, Raman gift laaye the Aap dono ke liye, wahin nikaal rahi hoon. Isme pagal hone ki kya baat hai.
Amma -i am not talking about this but the test u two have gone through. Kya soch kar tune karwaya yeh saare test. Ki result badal jayega.
Ishita stopped her work and said -kya Matlab hai Iska. We did all these test coz we really want a baby. Teen saal ho gaye hai hamari shaadi ko, phir bhi abhi tak hume bachcha nahi hua. At first we too took it lightly but an bahut der ho rahi hai, amma. Relatives puchne lage hai, that's why we went. Isme galat kya hai.
Amma -tu pagal hai, Raman ko pata nahi chal jayega.
Ishita -kya amma.
Amma -that u r infertile. Tu kabhi maa nahi ban sakti.
Ishita -kya, she asked all shocked.
Amma -tu toh aise keh rahi hai jaise tujhe kuch pata nahi. Bhool gayi, tu jab shaadi ke baad pagphere ke liye aayi thi aur behosh ho gayi thi, toh humne tera test karwaya tha, tabhi toh hume pata chala that ki tu kabhi maa nahi ban sakti. Aur tune hi kaha tha ki raman ko mat bataiyega.phir kya hai yeh Sab drama.
Ishita got shocked hearing all this as she didn't have any info about this. She was just looking at nowhere all shocked trying to observe her mother's words when amma said -mujhe toh samajh nahi aa raha that what was the need to do all the test, jabki tu jaanti hai ki tu kabhi maa nahi ban sakti. Tu banjh hai.she said making ishita look at her without any emotion. She was just too numb to react anything.
Amma -achcha joh ho gaya so ho gaya, jab report aayegi toh raman toh gussa hoga hi but tu usse yeh mat batana that u already knew about it. OK. She said only to get no response from ishita.
Amma -tu sunn rahi hai naa, tu raman ko mat batana. She said shaking ishita breaking her trance. She didn't even heard what amma was telling, so she just said -haan, she was about to ask what her mother is talking about but before she can ask anything raman came inside hearing the truth and start shouting. Ishita wasnt able to register what he was telling as she was too shocked with the turn of events but one thing she was sure off that he is not happy with her being infertile. She was just looking at him while he told her to go. She don't even know when and how she reached her parent house but all she knew that her husband throw her out of his house and even before she realised what happened he sent her divorce papers. She was too shattered to know that her husband, her raman don't need her anymore just because she is infertile. She cried, cried and cried and finally with heavy heart she signed the papers.
Flashback ends
Ishita -kyun akela chod diya mujhe raman. Kya mere pyaar ki koi keemat nahi thi. Kya sab kuch achcha hota hai. Hamara itne dino ka saath, hamara pyaar sab iss sach ke neeche phika ho gaya. Aapka pyaar phika ho gaya. She said crying and slept hugging her pillow.
Both were in pain and want to be with each other but both have misunderstood each other. Raman was angry thinking ishita cheated him while ishita was shattered thinking Raman is divorcing her coz she is infertile.
The next three days passed like hell for both of them. Both stayed in their rooms and cried all day. Raman so wanted to take ishita home but he was not able to forget and forgive her betrayal. On the other hand, ishita was still not able to believe that her raman is leaving her just because she can never be a mother. Their parents tried to talk to them but none of them was in a position to hear anything. So nothing much happened in these three days.
At last the day has came, ishita got ready like a lifeless body and all drove to the court. On the other hand, Raman and his father tok reached court. Mr bhalla tried to talk to him but he didn't listen to him.
Both the cars stop parallel to each other. All came out of the cars. Ishra look at each other and could see the pain they r going through. Both have red and puffy eyes while they have lost much of their weight.
Ishita look at Raman and thought -yeh kya haal bana liya hai apna raman. Kuch din bhi mere bina nahi reh paaye, puri kaise batayenge mere bina.
Raman -nahi bitani mujhe koi zindagi tere bina. I will kill myself. Tumhare dhokhe ki saza main khud ko dunga. Shayad yahin tumse pyaar karne ki saza hogi ishita. He was thinking and walking inside the court oblivious of a car coming to him in full speed.
Ishita, whose eyes was constantly on Raman saw the car coming and ran to him saying -raman hatiye car aa rahi hai.
Raman turned to her trying to listen what she is telling but before that she came to him. Pushed him on the side while the car got banged into her and within no second she was thrown to the other side of the road.
All looked at the accident and screamed -ishita.
All ran to her including Raman. He was shocked seeing her in pool of blood. He took her head in his lap and shaked her hard -ishita ishita.
Ishita opened her eyes and said taking his palm in hers -aap mujhe chode Isse pehle maine hi aapka saath chod diya. I love u raman hamesha, she said pecking the back of his palm and fainted while Raman hugged ishita tight and cried for ambulance.
Soon ishita was taken to hospital. She was being treated inside while everyone was waiting outside. Raman was sitting in a corner and was crying when Mr bhalla went to him and said -kya hua, yahan kyun baithe ho, Kiske liye aansu nahi rahe ho, jao divorce do. Infact ab toh tumhe divorce dene ki bhi zarurat nahi. She herself is going away from u. Ab rehna akele, khush ho gaye naa tum apna ghar tod kar. Mr bhalla said-here angrily making Raman break down.
Raman -aisa mat kahiye papa, main aaj bhi ishita se utna hi pyaar karta hoon. yes I agree that I was angry with her. Usne mujhe itna bada sach chupaya ,toh kya mera gussa hone ka bhi haq nahi tha .
Mr bhalla -haq tha puttar par tu toh rishta todne lag gaya.
Raman -galti ho gayi mujhse papa, main gusse mein andha ho gaya tha. Aakhir mujhe bhi dhakka lagaa tha, but I never wanted to see her like this. He said hugging mr bhalla tight.
Raman -please bacha lijiye ishita ko papa. I love her alot. Usse kho kar main jee nahi paaunga. I will forgive her for her every mistake. Yeh bhi bhool jaaunga ki usne mujhse Itni badi baat chupayi.bas usse thik kar do papa. He said crying when they heard, ishu ne tumhe dhokha nahi diya kanna.
Raman and Mr bhalla broke the hug and look at the person.
Appa -yes u heard it right, ishu ne tumhe dhokha nahi diya, usse khud hi yeh baat nahi pata thi.
Raman -par amma ne toh, aapne uss din. He asked looking at amma.
Amma -that was my mistake. Actually we always thought that she knows about her disability but sach toh yeh hai ki usse kuch pata hi nahi tha. Actually hua yeh tha ki jab shaadi ke baad pagphere ke liye ishu ghar aayi thi, toh woh behosh ho gaye thi. We took her to hospital and get the test done and then we got to know about her disability. We were thinking how to tell the same to ishu. When she asked for her reports. We told her that the reports r in her room. She went and checked it and said ,ki iske baare mein raman ko kuch nahi bataye. We thought that she don't want to tell u about her disability, so we too remain silent. But uss din jab woh ghar aayi hamare saath ,usne bataya ki usse toh kuch pata hi nahi tha uski disability ke baare mein. Later I investigated and got to know that our maid removed that particular report coz coffee was spilled on it. Aur ishu ne baaki ki report dekh kar kaha tha ki tumhe naa bataye, coz her bp was high and haemoglobin was less,thinking u will be tensed and we thought that she wants to hide the truth from u. It was all our fault, ishu ko koi galti nahi thi, Raman. Usse toh pata bhi nahi tha ki woh kabhi maa nahi ban sakti. Uss din jitna bada jhatka tumhe lagaa tha yeh jaan kar, utna hi bada shock usse lagaa tha yeh jaan kar ki woh kabhi maa nahi ban sakti. Woh khud ko sambhal bhi nahi paayi thi ki tumne usse ghar se nikaal diya aur phir apni zindagi se. She said crying bitterly.
Raman -matlab uski koi galti ho nahi thi. She was all innocent while I was just venting out all my anger on her. Kitna galat kiya Maine uske saath, kitna royi hogi woh mere iss behaviour ke kaaran, but agar usse sach pata hi nahi tha, toh usne mujhse baat kyun nahi ki. Kyun meri galatfehmi dur nahi ki.
Appa -coz she thought that u r leaving her kyunki woh Ek banjh hai. He said crying making Raman guilty for his behaviour towards ishita.
Raman crushed on the floor and said -woh kaise yeh soch sakti hai ki main, uska raman usse iss liye chod dunga kyunki woh. He paused not able to complete the sentence and then said looking at his father-How can she even think that papa.
Mr bhalla -jaise tune yeh socha ki ishita tujhe dhokha de sakti hai, ussi tarah usne bhi socha ki tu usse, uski disability ke kaaran chod sakta hai. It was nothing, just misunderstanding and ur anger which ruined everything.
Raman -u r right papa, it's me which ruined everything aur ab main hi isse thik karunga. I will apologise for my mistakes and will take her home. Bas woh jaldi se thik ho jaaye. He said and all started waiting for the doctor to come out and inform about Ishita's well being.
All were waiting for some news of ishita when his phone rang. It was from his lawyer. Raman picked the phone and told him to withdraw the case as he is not going to leave his wife. Saying so he hung the call and again waiting for the doctor to come out.
After sometime doctor came out and all went to him.
Raman -how is she. Woh thik hai naa.
Doc -not much but she is OK.
Raman -matlab.
Doc -she has got few stitches on her forehead and her right leg got fractured.
Raman -can I see her.
Doc -yes, unhe hosh aa gaya hai, u can meet her.
Raman thanked the doctor and went inside. Amma was also goijg inside but appa stopped her and said -let them talk. They need privacy to talk.
Amma nodded and waited outside.
Raman entered the room and saw her laying on the bed with bandage on her head and leg.
Raman -tod liya naa pair. He said settling beside her.
Ishita open her eyes feeling his presence and said -aap mera dil tod sakte hai, main apna pair bhi nahi tod sakti. She said looking down.
Raman smiled in between his tears and said -tujhe pata hai naa, tu ekdum bachchi hai.
Ishita looked at him and said -aapko isse kya, aap toh mujhe chod rahen ho naa.
Raman -ofcourse, main toh bas yeh puchne aaya hoon ki tune kyun mujhe bachaya, jabki main toh tujhe chod raha hoon.
Ishita -aap mujhe chod rahen hai, main toh nahi. Toh main kaise kissi ko bhi aapko chot pahunchane de sakti hoon. She said innocently.
Raman nodded his head and said going closer -toh kya divorce ke baad bhi tu aise hi mera khayal rakhegi. Aise hi mujhe bachayegi.
Ishita nodded in yes.
Raman -kyun main toh tujhe divorce de raha hoon naa.
Ishita looked at him and said -aapko kya lagta hai raman. Ek kaagaz mujhe aapse dur kar sakta hai. Ek signature karke Aap mujhe apni zindagi se baahar kar sakte hai. Aisa nahi hai, yeh joh ho raha hai woh shayad aapke liye divorce hoga but for me, it's nothing,coz for me, Noone can ever separate me from u. Mere liye aap hamesha mere pati the, hai aur rahenge. She said with moist eyes making his eyes moist too.
Raman went more closer to her and said -jab yeh tumhare liye divorce hai hi nahi toh kyun naa aisa kiya jaaye, ki iss divorce ko cancel kar diya jaaye. Aur hamesha saath saath khush raha jaaye. Achcha idea hai naa. He said looking at her, making her look at him.
Ishita -bahut achcha, but Aap mujhe kyun nahi chodenge,aakhir main ek baanj,she was saying when Raman put his finger on her mouth and said -u know ishita, when maa died, u took care of me and papa like a mother. Toh tu ussi din ek maa ban gayi thi. U believe it or not but u took care of us like a mother, u became not only a mother to me but to papa also. Toh jiske itne bade bade bachche ho woh banjh toh ho hi nahi sakti naa.
Ishita looked at him and said -jab main aapke liye banjh nahi toh Aap kyun chod rahen the mujhe.
Raman -sorry galti ho gayi. Mujhe lagaa that my ishita lied to me, she cheated me. Mujhe lagaa ki tune jaan boojh kar mujhse sach chipaya, main bhool gaya that that u can never cheat ur raman. Cheat karna tob dur tu aisa soch bhi nahi sakti. It was all my fault, I misunderstood u. Maaf kar de jaan. I can't live without u, mujhe chod kar mat jaa. He said holding his ears.
Ishita looked at him all guilty and hugged him tight,and start crying bitterly.
Ishita -kyun mujhe chod rahe the Raman. It wasn't my fault, main jaan boojh kar aisi nahi hui. It's my bad luck that I can't give u, ur baby. But pyaar main aapse hadh se jyada karti hoon. Main nahi jee sakti aapke bina. She was saying and crying when he wiped her tears and said -main bhi jee sakta tere bina. Bahut pyaar karta hoon tujhse.tujhe kabhi akela nahi chodunga. Bas iss baar maaf kar de. He said pecking her temple. Ishita snuggled more into him and said -kar diya.
Raman hugged her more tightly while she was also hugging him tightly.
Soon their parents came inside and saw them hugging each other tight. They coughed and Ishra parted.mr bhalla hugged ishita and apologised for Raman's behaviour while iyers apologised for hiding the truth. Ishra just told them to forget everything as now everything is sorted.
Soon Mr bhalla and appa went to clear the bill while amma went out leaving Ishra alone.
Raman smiled seeing her looking at him. He went close to her and wrapped her again in his arms. He kissed her temple and said -iss bewakoofi mein kitne din barbaad ho gaye, I can't even love u.
Ishita made a baby face and said -bas apne baare mein sochiye, think of me, mera pair fracture ho gaya. Now how I will do my work.
Raman -main hoon naa, I will do everything for u. Waise bhi tere bina mar raha tha,ab tu wapas aa gayi hai toh main bhi toh jee utha.
Ishita cupped his face and said -bahut miss kiya naa mujhe.
Raman -bahut se bhi bahut jyada, bas yeh soch le, ki tere bina ekdum adhura ho gaya tha.
Ishita -main bhi aapka bina ekdum akeli ho gayi thi, a lost soul.
Raman smiled and said -aadhe se adhure se, bin tere hum, pheeka lage hai mujhko saara jahaan.
Ishita too smiled hearing this and said -sahi kaha, hum dono saath hai toh sab sukh hai, warna kuch bachta hi nahi zindagi mein. She said and kissed his temple while he too hugged her tight pecking her temple again and again.
