I heard my room was knocked...
I opened the door and saw my parents...
'Siddhant.. we wish to talk to you...' my mother said...
'What it is Mom???' i asked...
'Siddhant.. how many more years you are going to be like this???' my mother puzzled...
'I dont get you mom.. what are you talking about???' i asked...
'You know very well about what i am talking about.. we are talking about your marriage...' she said..
'Once i get back my Roli.. i will think about my marriage...' i replied...
'Siddhant.. if she is about to come.. she might have come till now.. please try to understand..' she said..
'What you want to understand mom...' i asked...
'Siddhant.. we always respect your wishes & that is why we didn't talk to you about this till now.. but its 3 years now.. but you were unable to locate Roli.. i dont think there is any use of waiting anymore...' she said..
'Mom.. please dont tell like that.. i believe i can find her...' i told confidently...
'Siddhant.. dont be like mad or blind.. please come back to reality.. if she want to come back to you.. she might have done till now.. but nothing like that happened.. its you alone who is trying to locate her all these years.. did you got atleast some clue about her.. no right...' she said..
'What are you trying to tell mom.. please tell it directly...' i said..
'Siddhant.. you remember promising me to marry 3 years back itself.. but till now nothing happened... we never refused for your love towards Roli.. we are not giving any reason that she was servant & we cant accept her.. but when she herself is missing.. its not our mistake right...' she said...
'I know mom.. what you want to do now...' i asked...
'Siddhant.. please agree for the marriage arranged by us atleast... already we were planning for getting you married with Radha.. either you accept to marry her as they are still searching for her.. or someone else so that we can arrange your marriage Siddhant.. we cant see you like this anymore...' she said..
OMG.. someone else other than my Roli in my life...
I just sat closing my eyes and holding my head...
My mother hold my hand and looked into my eyes...
'Siddhant.. please accept the life given by fate when your wish is not fulfilled.. if it has to get fulfilled then you might have got married to Roli already or what was the need that she went out of house without even telling anyone..' she explained...
I cant tell my parents are wrong.. they may be right on their end..
But how can i leave my love and marry someone like that...
'Siddhant.. dont confuse yourself.. so many in this world do marry someone else though they love someone.. you can tell the truth to the girl and marry.. ask her time to accept... i dont think it is impossible.. please tell yes...' she explained...
All these talks were continuing for long...
Though i am not interested in that.. i was unable to upset my parents too...
'Siddhant.. tell us something Siddhant.. Please tell some positive reply...' my mother concluded...
'Do as you wish mom...' i said finally without any other way...
'Is Radha ok for you or you wish for some other girl...' she asked...
I just gave a weird smile...
'When the bride is not my Roli.. who bother who it is.. let it be Radha or Geetha or Seetha...' i said...
I just got up and left the room... left the house taking my car...
I went on long drive without any destination...
I parked somewhere in the outer where none were there and rest there closing my eyes...
OMG.. why the fate is playing with me like this...
Roli.. why did you do this??? Why did you leave me & go???
Can i accept someone else in my life Roli...
Can i love someone in your place...
Can i lead a life without you...
I got tears...
