New Judgement :

Sex with wife with or without her consent when she is below 18 years of age is rape. Earlier the age was 15 as opposed to 18 years prescribed by the law. So, this is one step towards reforming society.

Marital rape is hard to prove!!. After all marriage in part is about s*x. Physical abuse should be treated differently - mostly its a crime..

Marital Rape is a very complicated issue. It may involve forcing urself on ur spouse when he or she doesn't accept u or is not in mood to or is sick. It may also involve doing it violently the way they show in movies these days. Even gaining sadistic pleasure by doing it is marital rape. Most of the women cope up with marital rape but it affect them greatly. Among the patients on antidepressants majority are women and majority among those women are those who try to cope up with marital rape.
