I love making my own dressing ---- Any Italian dressing with some crushed mint leaves, lemon, salt and pepper --- *yum* ---- if I have nothing I make dressing from lemon or orange with sprinkle of salt & pepper--!!!!

Just butted in here --- couldn't resist after reading salad --- lolll

Ditto! I love having steamed/boiled veggies with lemon, salt and pepper. But can't have it today coz of sore throat 😆

Since I m fasting these days so I had sabudana,milk n egg.water

Dinner usually yogurt,fruit, yesterday I had briyani n some Arabic sweets .today dinner will be simple khichdi n baigan ka bhartas n dahi,salad

I love too specially this is my fav diet food.i sometimes put knorr cube in mux veg,boil it n eat hot n it's do filling n good for diet.

My fav dressing is olive oil, lemon ,honey n mint or Italian seasoning with chuny chat masala sprinkle, sometimes I put dried pomegranate too it's yum,I also add hemp seeds or raisins or chia seeds roasted
