Her character was strong as a woman with both positives and negatives. Plus, the make-up was realistic and looked sophisticated. Actually, that show was inspired by earlier American tv series like The Bold and the Beautiful and Santa Barbara, the first of which was one of the longest running soaps of America.

But however, i was very young when these shows were airing, but i have seen bits of it later,

TBH I remember my dad lusting over Kittu, like i do now with Barun , HAHAH Looks like Daddy darling has transferred me some of his lusty genes 😆

I used to watch that show as a kid after coming home from school at 2:30 with mom and dad, who also watched during his mid-day office break. My elder bro too. I didn't understand most of the things then. It was only much later that I followed the story. Bold and the Beautiful, Santa Barbara, X-Files, Shaanti(which wasn't good though) and Swabhimaan. These were the ones we used to watch those days on tv in the mid 90s.
