Murli is soft hearted like Chandni. Cares for people around him. Easy to laugh. Easy to cry. Doesn't have ego when he gets slapped also. He wins people easily. Always around to help others. Does a lot of badbad like Chandni.

Shilpa also makes a fuss when Murli steps in to help her - lighting the kitchen stove in Mumbai, opening door latch etc. Murli cannot stop himself from rushing to help her every time. But not smart enough to get through some smart work - like sneaking into Chandni's room for retrieving passports or keeping eye on Sasha eye.
