Sami promoted in the past too, she always try to promote for twists. I think she won't promote Mehrya scenes in particular as most of them are very romantic and since Karan is married may be there are limitations and in regards to Maddy and Sami they seem to be very good friends ... She is one hard working and very positive girl but people are writing nasty comments and bullying her on her insta account .. Crazy people 😡
