here devika sees both ashu and anu in a very compromising position and thinks ashu is gay. she feels very disgusted and goes to meet neil. she tells him ur bro is not like u thank god.😉 neil doesnt really understand wat she is saying. SK talks about some important client coming for dinner. ron takes him to a dentist for his toothache just to be in Sk's good books.anu comes to the kitchen and that waitress ask if she is really a guy? coz she seems to act like gal, she blushes, she has a very thin face. anu is A family of 4 arrive. that waitress thinks this is the imp client and gives them bouquet. they order a soup and the wife says no ginger as her husband is allergic to it. ashu hears this and smiles. anu goes out and meets gullu, she says she cannot fool ppl here. she will quit. gullu tells her she is doing all this to help her family and if she quits then she might not be able to help them. anu tells him that she almost forgot that she is a guy and wore earrings to work and before meeting ashu she realized it and removed it. however one fell in ashu's room when she was there. gullu tells her not to worry. here before the soup is served ashu puts lot of ginger in it. the man drinks it and falls ill. he starts rolling in the floor. everyone panics

The man is still rolling in the floor and everyone panics. ashu tries to call the doc but is unable to get an ambulance. the wife cries that they are killing her husband. here anu looks on. devika meets neil and he takes her to a beach resort. she is very happy. neil calls ashu but other cook tells that ashu is buys and somebody in the hotel is dying. neil feels very happy and celebrates with devika. he thinks that he is dating devika only to know wat is goin on in victoria. here anu tells that she knows a cure for it. she prepares something and gives it to that man. he still keeps rolling in the floor. and suddenly becomes alright. everyone praises her. ashu is happy and hugs her. anu is like the wise says she is a farishta. (angel). anu runs away from there, goes out and tells gullu everything. he is very happy that she saved a life. but anu says ashu hugged and she feels uncomfortable. here ashu tells the customer that he wont take their bill as they caused his illness and that they might not want to return. also they might tell others of the incident and give bad name to victori. he seems happy about it. other customers also walk out saying eating here is dangerous. ashu seems very happy. the wife thanks anu again. ashu says i didnt mean to kill ur husband. wife is like ashu says sorry abt the food. they leave. but anu hears all this and see the customer leaving. she suspects something amiss. victoria is empty. ashu calls all the cook and says we should celebrate as gulshan saved a life. so i m givng u half day off. go home. everyone is stunned. they all leave. the waitress goes out and meet gullu, she tells him to drop her home. he tries to tell her he is waiting for her bro but she pulls him.😉 here only anu is left. ashu asks her why she didnt go home? she says that she wanted to tell him an important thing. he asks wat? she says today SK's imp client are coming so if all us leave, who will cook? ashu looks happy and says I will manage but u have better things to worry about. he shows her the earrings and ask wat r u doing with this? anu looks shocked. he tells her that he knows her entire truth. epi ends on anu's shocked face
