Hammie's Impression's~ ep 42~29.8.17~ Home truth!
During our life, it's no easy task for us to accept such realties that are bitter for us to swallow. In nature, they are often those truth where our expectations face a bitter blow. We may wish for the hour to pass.For adverse facts to alter themselves, so unbearable home truths can be acknowledged by us. Those of us who take unpleasant fact in a stride are in a position to move on in life. Those of us who skirt around their home truth, are the ones who are likely to be held back and in some way end up let down by their home truth. In today's episode certain key characters are seen facing uncomfortable home truths. Be it , Chandni ,mehgha, Nani, or Advay.. Apart from facing unbearable truths. The episode, to me also makes references to the word home, both literally and metaphorically. Advay refer's to !time to go home, is mentioned as , one's dwelling, shelter, home! where families stay together to build and reinforce familial bonds.
Such irony , the one who had a secure family finds a home truth she is on her own in troubled times. On the other hand one truth, who was, brought home to the audiences, as a man without a family! is blessed with a closely knit wider one. New characters are introduced! A question prompts .. how will Chandni be part of Advay's family?? For Advay its pastures new! he was never, one to lag behind , goes for the home run! Whereas Chandni will she hit a run to succeed too?
Chandni comes home to roost.. still on Advay's home ground, on her own, with the disputed baby on her lap... she faces the repercussions of lies told, secrets kept all in good turn ,back fire on her! all her stand for her mother ,sister, prove to be unfavourable. Meghna instead of appreciating her ,ends up throwing taunts at her! To me, Chandni's folly of excluding Megha in the decision making regards the baby is somewhat chastised by Megha s protest instead of gratification. Still both are sisters, and the timely wise presence of Mamaji retrieves an inflammable situation. Wisely he gives Megha the choice of being a mother too ,instead of Chandni.. both sisters face the home truth..that giving birth to a child is not the only qualification of mother hood. Rather astutely, Mamaji points out that mother hood requires ,a sense of responsibility, and courage to nurture the child! Megha has to face the home truth that she lacked the clout to break the news to her mother, or even to own up as being the baby's real mother.The truth that is brought home to all of them is , the best solution is to give the go head for the baby to be given for adoption to a keen couple. Surely he'll have a permanent home! With a family that will give him a new lease of life! Its symbolic the way mama ji takes the baby from Chandni's arms.. is literally to say, that her familial burden she carried is now taken off her! This spells hope for Chandni, will she qualify as a wife? now that she is freed from her mothering role?? Over all the home truths are bitter, but at the end of it.. she still wins her sisters love. United the three stand like before. Chandni proves that she stumbles! But then pulls herself together and finds herself stronger than before! she will still put others happiness before hers! This is Chandni inherently! Also the baby bit was brought in to create tension between Chandni and Advay's lives.. the more conflict , the more progression in the story line. mind you, how ? and who fathered Meghna's child is woolly and appears clumsy in terms of the screen play. Unless I'ts picked up in the future.
The corporate man, cool, calm, calculated. Who would guess he just busted his marriage, left the poor wife high and dry!and butter wouldn't melt in his mouth. His stocks soar like wise, his business! yet he aims to rule the skies! And now he's homeward bound!
Chandni is out of house and home! Bags packed outside her house! Evicted with no roof over her families heads! She again takes blame for all the adversity that befalls her family. Mamaji is a god sent! always is beside her to pick her up. Chandni's goodness even move the gods.. they look out that she suffers only so much, as she can take. For Chandni's journey has just begun! Mamaji tells her a home truth! let her previous family be.. she is now a married woman! Keep that in mind! best message for her. She will find her purpose in life then! Nani turns up and gives her that purpose.. heals ,comforts and consoles her and returns the keys to Chandni's house! This is redeeming grace for the girl! Chances are her family will forgive her? Nani too is a godsent! Her impaired vision makes her see Chandni's virtue that people's naked eye fail to see... Nani knows what she has to do! She views things not the way her Chiku does.. Nani sees Chandni's soul!
Production house good will bonding.. Advay phones Shivaye.. so Advay now has bought the Oberoi mansion! It will be making himself at home in Shivaye previous home.. they both reiterate the importance of family, that turns a house into a home. Advay becomes pensive.. true one can do anything for one's family... deep down his spirit groans silently.. I am that person from whom his immediate family was snatched away! His mother! His father! Mikku! His only brother.. a little voice murmurs , and Chandni? She is your next of kin Advay.. when will you hear that wail, which rises from the inner recesses of your heart, Dev's Chandni... Advay looks out of his car window.. Dev ? and Chandni ? know her not! The tainted lying stunner! Best forgotten ! out of sight! out of mind!
So this is home where the heart is? Advay enters his new home. It's not a plane! Not a bird its Adi his cousin sister's Pooja's son! One gets to see the paternal side of the corporate magnet! The lad has the stern Advay wrapped around his little finger! But Adi's mother is not impressed by Advay abandoning his wife. She wisely brings home the precedence of a smiliar treatment being rendered to his sister how would he feel? Advay retorts, she doesn't know her, if she did! she would loathe her too. Where as now Nani and Pooja stand for virtue. Advay's Meera Maasi's heralds his conquests and deliberating defeat of the vashist's who brutally murdered her sister and brother in law! ..
The truth will always be the truth! Nani enters the family house. Perplexed questions are asked why she didn't travel with Advay? Nani replies, she had other pending business to sort out. She had to collected what Advay left behind at Allahbad.. his Chandni!! The cat got every one's tongue! as Chandni comes through the front door wearing a red outfit! Advay sees her its like a bull seeing red! This home truth he knows how to deal with! Snort! Snort!.. hamlet53 30.8.17
Loved the episode , bless Mamaji for showing Chandni the ropes. Such a pleasant to see the actor who play's Adi watched him JNDSD loved him then! and now too.. he brings out the little boy in Advay.. looks like Chandni's MIL will be tough . oh looks like Nani will bring home some harsh realities regards marriage!that he cannot step in and jump out off,at the drop of his hat Barun/Shivani stole the show!
