Advay has been watching Indrani's moves since the beginning.
When he came to Allahabad, on the 1st day itself, he had witnessed Indrani's hold on her people, power, the temple and the public. He knows how much she cares about her reputation and honour. He has also heard rumours about Chandni's kidnap and her reputation status.
She has been a Queen Bee all along. She had made her husband, all her relatives and her surroundings - bow down to her and follow her instructions to the T. Nobody could command over her. Nobody was worthy enough to give her ideas. She has been at the Top.
She has to be singled out and all her wings need to be clipped. Literally.
And who else but Advay knows this ?
He wanted to rattle her cage
- Her Mahantani position,
- Her power on people, based on the Mahantani position,
- Her status (merely based on the status she holds), otherwise she was just bankrupt.
- Her Family Honour more than anything.
- HER HOLD ON CHANDNI...
He wants to see her on her knees. Dependent on his mercy.
He bought the House.
He made them stay in the same house - without actually telling them how long.
He flirted with Chandni openly in front of the Pandits and put photos of them in public.
He put them under House Arrest.
He counter attacked her Police Commissioner threat.
He separated her from her sister and brother in law.
And yet... Despite all odds, she put up a brave fight. All alone. Like a Queen in the Chess Board. Even if all others fall, she has the guts to stand alone and fight till the end.
Even if she had to fight the battle against Advay and Allahabad. All Alone.
And fight she will and fight she did.
She drugged him.
She broke glass on his neck.
She sent goons to attack him.
Despite all marriage rituals being complete, she still had the audacity to ask Chandni to return back.
This woman will go to any length to protect herself and her honour.
Indrani had thrown open invitation to Chandni to return back. She does not consider this as marraige. Chandni would do Kuch Bhi... KUCH. BHI. for her Mom. Little does Chandni know that her Mom's invitation is only to make her bed with PP.
By bringing the Child in front of the Public today at Reception Party, and making Indrani slap and leave Chandni to her fate, Advay has ensured that :-
- Mom-Daughter relationship is ruined completely.
- The Door towards her Maika is CLOSED. Forever.
- Not just a family fued. Not just by mere words. But the relationship is closed PUBLICLY.
- Indrani cannot call Chandni back into her fold again through her devious means - not for money, not for sympathy, not to take revenge back on Advay etc. For her own honour's sake.
- Now if Indrani takes her back, the public will raise questions again. And she should have enough reasons to validate it. And she doesn't have one.
And Advay, being a calculative man, chooses to manipulate the public gathered at the Reception and insult her openly - "Who will live with such a characterless girl ? Aap hi batayiye. So, I am leaving your daughter. Sasu Ma, your daughter is back with you..."
At the wedding, she had brought Naani without his knowledge and commented that she knows Allahabad like the back of her hand.
She had the Homefield advantage. She had mocked him.
He decided to make her Strength her Weakness.
He decided to defeat her at her so called Homefield.
He decides to make Indrani very very vulnerable today.
Her Name, her family's and honour is at stake.
Knock her once, and she will manage to get up. So, Before she can come up with another plan to spoil his plans or put him in personal danger, Advay has thrown multiple spokes in her path - VACATE THE HOUSE :-
- She has her Mahantani reputation to worry about.
- She has her own power and position to worry about.
- She has her own daughters' reputation and future to worry about.
- She has to worry about the people whom she has borrowed money from.
- She has to worry about PP and his Mom for all the money she has bargained from them.
- More than Anything, She can command respect only if she stays in the Mahant House. And she has been asked to vacate. She has to search for a new house overnight.
He wants to see her on her knees. Dependent on his mercy.
- Indrani could have stayed by being in her daughter's good books - but now NO... its not possible now. she cant do that. Coz, even Chandni is at Advay's mercy now.
- She could lure Chandni back in her fold and bed her with PP. But now NO... the Public will raise finger as to how she is keeping her characterless daughter along with a child. She has her own honour to upkeep.
- More than anything, she has Meghna and Shikha's marriage to worry about.
Now... even if Naani or Advay makes them stay back at the Mahant House, she cannot step out of the House with her head held high. Not anymore.
Na paisa hai. Na izzat hai. Na temple treasure hai. Na relatives ki support hai. Ab Public ki support bhi nahi hai.
She is dependent on her Damad ji's money and mercy to live. For her daughters sake atleast.
Advay now will have her actually on House Arrest. Technically. And Literally.
She will have to hand over the Temple Keys and Administration in due course to Advay. Whether she likes it or not.
And that would be the beginning of Indrani's Downfall.
