Hammie's Impressions ~ep 15~21.7.17..Unique selling point.
They say USP.. Or unique selling point is a term coined in the marketing business. It's a concept that promotes and differentiates a sale item from others in the market. The market is greedy for winning buyers custom, hence products for sale are advertised coldly to catch the eye of potential buyers. Now as far as my humble knowledge shows.. Some factors that are taken into consideration in a world of competitive product marketing by buyers is low cost, and high quality of an item up for sale before the consumer. This episode reminds me of this acronym usp.. As to my mind, people too have their unique selling points..that buys them others attention. Some people's usp is their outward appearance. Others may lack the looks, but may have class and style, personality, culture! For some people, their high station and wealth contributes to their unique selling point. Then there are those who may be simple in demeanour but are the very fountain of knowledge, wisdom and tend to rise up above the ordinary level to the higher portals. But.. What unique selling points are and Chandni and Advay looking for in people?Is it money, looks, intelligence, guts? or people who make a difference to their world.. and speak of some substance..
Since the arrival of Pratham and his mamma .. I can sense undercurrents of some transition underway. I would prefer not to say, our lovely demure Chandni is up for sale and her two prospective buyers are Advay Singh Raizada and Pratham. Rather I see it as Chandni in the market square looking for the better husband between these two men. Thing is she can quite make out that where Pratham has his mother backing him in promoting his image. Advay only has, his currently new trimmed beard make over declaring him to be the dapper dandy of a style statement. He on the other hand, is terribly taken in by Chandni's totally traditionally look.. She is most certainly, a saffron fuchsia delight for him. Look's like Pratham's mother is in the habit of flaunting everything related to her. Seems , both mother and son see money as their usp! PP's mother's chosen pandit too is out of the ordinary! one who matches kundali's on the laptop. The cv's choose too use this ploy , so that Advay can insert his prepared.. usb.. to copy data, and sabotage chances of Chandni going into the hands of the wrong guy. For there is no doubt in his mind that he is the right man who can handle Chandni!. In a polite gentle whisper Advay jeers at Chandni.. but really he is subtlety complimenting her by reminding her she is the sort of a girl beyond a bidders reach! As she truly is priceless.. so she needn't be impressed by this shallow PP ! Advay knows that she is a girl rich at heart.. he knows , wealth impresses her not, as one's heart of gold! is the unique selling point she looks for in a person. Her smiles to approve of Pratham s lame joke .. Advay chuckles , is all to annoy him.. which means to him.. she hates him not! but loves him!! For launching products great deal is spent on advertising.. impressing and very nearly at times duping the consumer is part of the marketing concept! Indrani is anxious about the match between PP and Chandni's birth chart . Shaku assures her advertising gimmickry is place! All will be as desired! Well other competitors in the market too launch the difference between two comparative products! One nod from Advay's head, and Murli makes a power cut! Darkness! possible in auspicious? But this darkness , gives the light for hard core selling one's own USP! Advay has his eye on the pandits laptop! He is expelled for fresh air and Shilpa services are deployed to insert the USB.. Advay will wield what he wants in Chandni's life! He will change the course of numerology! history! destiny! call it whatever! Chandni belongs to him! whether she likes it or not! She knows he is a man who deals with figures and numbers! He will copy data with external interface, to deal with what is best for her! Murli too deals with the game score board. Here looks like his master scores high! Technical hitch! Shipla cannot locate port on pundits laptop, to copy data for Advay's external interface! This hitch too.. undercover of darkness! creates, a bump! trip! and collection of Chandni in Advay's strong arms.. never fear Advay is here, and always near! He looks down into her big bold eyes.. miss humpty dumpty! always falling and Advay Singh Raizada to his delight always catching her close to his heart! Its like he prowls and lurks in the dark and kind favourable destiny..invariably smiles at both of them.. can she not see and sense ? they are meant to be! Vexed ,she moves and runs from him! watch out! mind your step! He shouts, But it is meant to be! she is stopped by the pandit's open lap.. she doubles on his arm, he swivels her around, leans over her.. and gently fixes in the USB and copies the data off pundits lap.. She is slightly swept away by his amorous closeness..and rather amazed, asks how can he sense her presence in the dark? Advay smiles, figures, as moonbeams can only be seen in the dark. Chandni lowers her guards and wants to know will be ever let go of her hand? He reminds her.. he holds her hand not to let go! Gives her a tip.. now that she is going to marry him. she'd best learn to trust him! Suddenly Chandni realizes this man is getting serious. pulls herself from him ! spins her head defiantly! flaunts his face with the back of her wavy tresses and with a cheeky smile stomps off.. Rabba ve... feisty girl! such attitude! He's loving playing this game with her.. Advay watches her.. then it was light! courtesy of Murli !
Some fuses blown by Advay can be fixed by Chandni and her sisters.. that is their unique selling point, they can make good, most things in working ordering. Point taken, Advay reckons. But then the presence of Rahu who impacts Chandni's life! in her birth chart none can unfix..the pandit gives the dismal tidings. Advay happiness is short lived! As PP is hell bent for the marriage to take place! Bit of a blow for Advay.. as he believes he is the Rahu in her birthchart.. she cannot be anyone's except his! But his mother puts her foot down! Much to Advay's delight. But PP is cleaned bowled by Chandni, usp! Her beauty.. he wants the pandit to tweak, Chandni's birth chart!! Advay is crestfallen as the marriage is back on! Chandni does get the chance to toss Advay's coin! His proposal! Up in the air catches it and rejects Advay's desire! His sentiments!
One of Advay's usp.. is also is rage.. memories of his horrific past. Retiring for the night is hard for him. He shines a laser pen.. bright , bedazzling, glaring to the eye! Now this! losing Chandni. He cannot let that happen. She is part of his past, which he has regurgitated in the present .so he can avenge his parents past. he knows if he shines the past. Brilliant enough for her to see! She will come. Chandni does come.. how does she know he needs her? Advay hides the brilliant pen under the bed.. so she gets under the bed.. and in the act of getting out he hopes.. maybe, he can joggle the memories..of her past with Dev.. Rabba ve, he hopes.. that she realizes Advay Singh Raizada is her Dev...this waiting is eternal.. he asks her did she come to see him? she denies and he accuses her of lying. She confirms she lies not.. but he makes another desperate attempt to remind her of the past when she lied.. remember ..chandni his heart cries out, connect me to your past Chandni Rabba ve..
