Geet and Roli beat up the man who has been making strange sounds. The man shouts with pain. Maan and Sidhanth connect the fuse to see who the person is. The man who makes those scary sounds was none other than Govind. All of them are shocked.
Sid: Big B has always been right. He has always been telling me there is no such thing like ghosts. It is my mistake that we believed your story.
Govind: No I didn't do anything..
Maan plays the video record. He asked, "Who is this person? Tell me the truth otherwise I will hand you to the police."
Geet and Roli show him the stick. They said, "If you tell us the truth as to why are you doing this, we can help you otherwise the consequences won't be good."
Govind: No, you are totally mistaken.
Maan dials the number.
Govind: No please don't call the police. I will tell the truth. Tbh, this is my house. I needed money to start my taxi business for which I needed it very badly. The finance company keeps harassing me to pay back their money otherwise I won't have that house. Else, I have to give them the taxi. My business is just picking up but they don't understand. So I have made this as an haunted house so people will get afraid and they won't come to this spot. I get scared that anyone can go and inform the IT officer about this property. Roli: Do you think this idea will work & you will get some time to redeem your house? If they have to come to your doorstep they will come during the day. They are under pressure. Have you tried any other means to pay off your debts?
Govind: I am also searching for the tenants & thinking about reverse mortgage so the financers can shut their mouth.
Maan: You are a fool. Don't even think about reverse mortgage. You will get into more trouble. The best thing is to speak to them so you can find a solution. Even if you sell this one, you can always go in for a smaller house or even go for the rented house.
Govind: This house belongs to my elder brother. He has gifted me this house.
Geet: We can help you subject to the condition that you won't play this stupid pranks & mislead others.
Siddhanth: And we are helping you because we have been your regular passengers since the time we got stranded in this location after our car broke down.
Maan: How much do you have to pay them?

Maan: I am opening a branch here. Siddhanth & Roli will be the incharge here. So we are planning to take your house on rent & make one part of your room as an office. This is actually Sid's idea. Whatever rent you charge, we are ready to pay. Even if you sell one portion of the room to us for the commercial purpose, it will be fine with us.

Sid sees the top floor of the house & finds it good. He said, "Big B, I think this penthouse is good for the commercial purpose.
Maan: Fine, we will go for that. How much rent should we give? Or what is the lease amount? If you are selling this penthouse to us, even that is fine. We are also taking a room on rent for the personal purpose as well.
Govind: If the house is on mortgage, I can't rent it out.
Maan: Nothing like that. You can use your rental income to pay off your loans and also have enough income to live comfortably. You inform this to your financer about it right away.
Govind calls up GHL. The manager picks up the call.
Govind: I am Govind speaking. UI want to inform you that I have got good tenants who want to take my house for commercial & for personal purpose on rent. Please give me 3 days time. I will pay off my remaining EMI's.
Manager: Fair enough but the interest rates will be higher.
Maan takes the phone from him & said, "Yes, whatever is the interest rate he will pay. We are taking this place on rent."
Manager: Fine.
Maan: What is the deposit amount.
Govind: 12 months rent. Since it is a multistoreyed building, I charge 1,00,000 Malaysian Ringgits.
Maan: No problem.
The Bharadwaj's occupy the penthouse for commercial purpose & a room for 3 members for Sid, Roli & Roshan.
Maan pays deposit amount. Sid pays the first month rent for commercial & residential purpose.
Geet + Roli: I think now this should solve your problem.
Govind: Thanks a lot. I cannot forget your kindness. I don't know how to repay you.
Maan: You need not repay us anything. You lead a good life. That is more than enough for us.
Govind pays of the pending & the current EMI's to the finance company & feels relieved.
Maan assigns the project to Roli & Siddhanth saying, "You guys can start your work right away. You all can take any monetary decisions including hiring & firing the staff. We will have a quarterly meeting. Expand your business here & all the best."
Sid & Roli hug Maan & Geet saying, "Thanks a lot."
Govind starts his OLA & UBER business & starts paying his EMI's regularly.
