ya... this may make sense. like if at all he knew the truth, it would be only half of it. Shivaay right now cannot let her leave at any cost. we have seen it already even after Annika targetting OmRu he is cool and asking her the reason. So for separation to happen and then Shivaay not going looking for her doesn't make sense unless and until she literally hides from him. so this may be the possibility.
