This idea was having a tour of my mind since the past few days so I am writing an OS that I shall hopefully end by end of this week. It's gonna be in 3 or 5 parts idk😆the story will start like shaurya will get to know nani's truth ,after kicking nani out he drives somewhere and Mahek follows him.
Chapter 1
Shaurya is driving with one hand and gulping his whisky with the other hand. He started having flashbacks of his childhood,his ailing mother,his father's deception, the accident he caused ,karuna ma telling him that nani died in the accident,him being adopted by karuna Maa, and now nani's comeback. He remembers all the cruel things he said to karuna because of nani how he called karuna selfish for not telling him nani was alive. He is filled with disgust when he remembers all that. Guilt overpowers him. He gulps more of his whiskey,his vision becoming completely blurry when he sees the faint figure of Mahek in his way. He force stop the car. Mahek comes to him leaving her scooty ,she had been following him knowing that shaurya is not good at dealing with deception.
It was a complete heart breaking sight for Mahek to see shirts in that state, he was stinking of alcohol,disheveled hair, he was not even able to open his eyes properly. Mahek's eyes were filled with tears when she saw how vulnerable her would be hubby was. She struggled to get shaurya out of the car ,once shaurya was out she had to hold him since he was totally out of control,he had no control on his body he was dead drunk and couldn't stand straight on his feet.
Shaurya started laughing : Mahek,meri pyaaari mahek. And then he caresses her cheeks ,tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. He looks at her attentively ,Mahek too holds on the eye lock. And then suddenly he pushes Mahek which causes her to fall . Mahek looks on shocked. Shaurya too falls down unable to stand still. Mahek crawls to him : shaauryaaa. Shaurya once again pushes her : chale jaao,chale jaao,sab dhoka dete hain mere jazbaat ka fayda uthaate hai! Tum bhi mujhey dhoka dogi.
Mahek bursts out in tears not because she was hurt by shaurya's words but because she could see how broken shaurya was. Its true his own people deceived him,his dad and now his nani.
Mahek :shauryaaa mein tumhein kabhi dhoka nehin doungi, mein toh tumhaari hoon,humesha tumhaare paas rahoungi,she said trying to cajole him like a baby. She kissed his forehead.
Shaurya looked at her,those words felt good to hear but then he pushed Mahek again : sab yehi Kehte hai, nani had also said this ,arre few hours back I considered myself the luckiest guy on earth,I thought I had a caring nani, a loving mom and a loveable fianc. Aur ab dekho,he sees some dogs gesturing towards them he says yeh kutte bhi mujh se zyaada khush lag rahe Hain. Sab khatam ho gaya,chale jaao yahan se, I don't need you,leave me alone.
It was getting more and more difficult for Mahek to handle shaurya,he was spitting hatred and anger but it was understandable, he had been played badly by nani. Nani made him believe that she loved him when the truth was she only loved his money.
Mahek hugs shaurya and tells him :shaurya galat nani thi,then y are you punishing yourself?tumne unhein nikaal Diya naa?now she is no more part of our life, let's just be happy again. Stop punishing yourself.
Shaurya breaks the hug and says : yes she was wrong,not only wrong she was evil. Because of her, only because of her I fought with karuna Maa for the first time,I had stopped talking to karuna Maa,had you not done our patch up I would have still been miffed with her. Because of her and her superstitious belief we got our wedding postponed by 3 weeks. We should have been married by now ,but no she tricked us and made us believe there were some faults in the date the date that had been chosed for our wedding. Had I not heard her blackmailing mom,asking her for 10 crores I would have still been living in that misconception that she loves me. Nobody loves me. It's all about money. It has always been about money. Dad chose money over my mom,he chose money over me ,and now nani too came back for my money not for me. Tum toh aisa nehin karogi naa Mahek? Kahin tum bhi mujhey paison ke liye chor ke chali gayi toh? Cupping Mahek's face he tried to find his answers in Mahek's eyes ,more than answers he wanted assurance from Mahek, he wanted to be assured that Mahek wouldn't leave him never ever.
Mahek stood up and shaurya being drunk thought Mahek was leaving him. Shaurya: dekha tum bhi jaa rahi ho ,sab chor ke jaate hai saala koi apna nehin.
Mahek watched shaurya as he was lamenting,she had enough of shaurya's self loathing attitude. Bass shaurya! Mein kahin nehin jaa rahi, and now you try to get up, Mahek succeeded in making him stand on his feet and then made him sit in the front passenger seat of his car. She took the driving seat.
Shaurya started laughing and said : were you are gonna drive?don't drive it's not safe ,accident hoga,jaise meine kiya tha bachpan mein.
Mahek's eyes widened : accident ?bachpan mein?
Shaurya smiled and said : Haaan bachpan mein! I was 12 when I did an accident. I was driving karuna ma's car with nani,nani had asked me to steal the car and come with her if I wanted to stay with her. Back those days I didn't want to stay with karuna ma,so I stole the car and karuna ma's security guards were following me,on nani' s insistence I speed up the car so that the security guard would not get hold of us. Lekin uss chakkar mein, meine ek couple ko thokar maardi! He paused ,the memories of that accident were still fresh in his mind. He continues,the couple were crossing the road. And it is in this very accident that I thought nani had died. All this while I was living in the guilt that I had killed nani.
Mahek looked at him thinking she never knew that painful part of his childhood no wonder why in their early days he was always so aloofed and rude. Then what happened to the couple ?asked Mahek
Shaurya : luckily woh Bach gaye! Pata hai hai when they were crossing the road they had balloons in their hands,perhaps they were taking it for their children, had something happened to them ...he felt a pang of guilt in his throat , I cant even imagine someone could have become an orphan because of me,because of nani! I should have known she has always been trouble for me.
Mahek: bass karo shaurya, woh bare ho kar itni ghatya harkat Kar baithe afsos ki baat hai. But you don't need to be guilty about anything. You were just a kid back then,yes you were also wrong but she had manipulated you! And the good thing is the couple came out safe of the accident. Now enough of this nani drama. She has done enough damage to us. Khatam karo iss qisse ko!
Shaurya smiled and looked at Mahek, Mahek tum humesha mujhse aise hi pyaar karogi naa?
Mahek knew shaurya would keep on asking these kind of questions so she had to divert his mind, she leaned on him ,holding his gaze ,she fastened his seat belt and purposely rubbed her cheeks against his stubble ,still holding the gaze she gave shaurya a soothing kiss on his nose, shaurya looked on amazed ,he was so drunk that he was confused whether he was dreaming or this had actually happened. Mahek smiled and pinched his nose saying "pakore jaise naak" and she started giggling,shaurya too laughed and realised that he was not dreaming.
Mahek started driving,shaurya :I do not want to go home,Mahek: and I cant can't take you at my place in this state.
