Hi forum members this is my first topic in this forum, but I didn't see any post on this and wanted your opinions.

Did you girls read the property paper, and the power of attorney, it only gives 50% power to the heroine.
I don't know Indian law. 😛

No dear 100% property mehak ke naam par hai...but jab unke bacche ho jayege toh aapne aap 50% share baccho ke naam par chala jayega...yaniki tab mehak ke pass 50% share rahegi...shaurya ke will ke mutabik

I think mene sahi likha hai ...donno experts se rai leni hogi
Do u understand hindi...actually my English is worst

Hi dear good to see your separate post.. Even what I understood was he transferred all his property on her name..And later 50 percent of it will belong to their kids..

Yes, it will be 100% in Mehak's name initially and once their kids are born they will get 50% of it! Which means she will be left with 50% and SK will have only 0%...

SK will have Mahek and kids😆😆😆
