Firstly, both Sonakshi and Dev have been parted for the wrong reasons; they were parted due to 'other people' issues, and unfortunately that is now their fault because instead on sitting and finding a mutual decision they decided to make decisions alone, and which is the first mistake in a marriage they did. They lacked communication. Even though it is Dev who has a habit of hiding things out of protection, he is at more fault, but at the end of the day, both of them walked out of the relationship right? I refuse to give the credit of breaking their relationship to either Ishwari,Bijoy,Vicky or RadhaRani because none of them were married and made promises to each other, It was DEV AND SONAKSHI.

Being parted for the wrong reasons, its obvious that a couple who fell in love so deeply and couldn't handle a break up when they were boyfriend & girlfriend, it would be extremely difficult to forget each other especially if they had a child together...in that case Sonakshi still had her love hidden in her.

So if after 7 years, Sonakshi could openly say how she felt that it cannot be that Dev was at fault alone, she also broke promises, she is only helping herself, lighting herself from that burden deep down. ONCE she mentioned her faults to her mother and once to Jatin, which just means she is able to finally come to terms with it and see where they went wrong. So i don't see how she is a strong and independent woman has anything to do with it. Strong and independent doesn't mean you aren't to feel emotional. She has every right to express herself to whoever she wants, even her ex-hubby. I guess it all comes down to ego. Where there is true love, even ego vanishes!

However i don't see this as a patch up, just as a confession of feelings from the past!
