Shruthi overprotection many times lead to indecisiveness...

The ability to figure out the right from wrong is lost... sometimes everything seems right, at times everything seems wrong...

Aashi has blurted out to Rishi in a state of fury and negligence... But now the fear resurfaces... and when a fear from past has arisen, someone from the past has to cure it!!!!! 😉

44. SITUATIONS

"Hi!!!", They heard Tia's voice while having breakfast.

"How are you my child?", Rani rushed to her.

"Am fine aunty", Tia embraced Rani.

Rishi and Aashi stood up at their respective places.

"Oh please don't be this formal guys. Have your breakfast. I'll join you soon", Tia rushed to the room with her luggage.

After a day long drama at Dhawans they had returned back to Aashi's house. Majority of their time passed in silence without much activity except the daily chores. Minimum updates from Diwans and rising pressure from the police department had made things ugly especially for the couple. Rishi chose to be quiet and Aashi imitated him.

Rani spent half of her time with the bracelet that was now seen by her daughter. Holding it, playing with it she reminisced the difficult years of her life with her eyes wet. Every truth was out. Every lock had a key. Every moment disclosed. But something remained deep in the chaos.

"What makes you this serious?", Viren asked Rani.

"What if Aashi wishes to meet her father?", Rani asked him.

"Let her meet. That is her right", Viren told her.

"How can you be this calm?", Rani asked in tension.

"Haste will spoil everything Rani. We always need to deal with such things calmly.", Viren pacified her.

Rani had no words. Instead she looked at her husband helplessly.

"This time around you need to be stronger. You don't have to manage yourself, it's about 3 lives now", Viren said seriously.

"Now what is that?", Rani asked raising her eyebrows.

"Aashi, Rishi and Ryan", was his firm reply.

"You noticed it or not, I don't know. But they are somewhere at the same juncture where we stood years ago. There's a choice they have to make. Someone will win, someone will lose. But that's how life is I suppose."

"You are scaring me Viren", Rani said hesitantly.

"What do you think? Everything will be the same once Ryan is back? Especially after his brutal truth is out? Don't you think Aashi and Ryan loved each other?", Viren's questions echoed in Rani's ears for a long tym.

"But that is senseless. She is married to Rishi dammit.", Rani lost her cool.

"Answer me once... Did you forget Jai Rathore?", Viren asked her only to be replied by her silence.

45. TURMOIL

Jai Rathore, the name ringed in her ears forever. Viren saying it aloud only deepened the impact. Rani sat mum as her own words came back to hit her. Her expectations from her daughter followed her own experiences.

Society had tried to defame her once. They said education could cure everything, change the mindsets, made you independent. But one thing she realized these years was making choices came from within, taking decisions came from within. It's important to be able to on your own to become fiercely independent. Viren's support and care had somehow made her crippled. Like a creeper she climed on him. He stood like a firm rock on whom she rested calmly. The inner turmoil silenced after Viren's hand of support. She held him, gripped his hand, walked miles with him but thinking to be without him found herself as hollow and nonexistent.

It was amazing and disturbing to know that a person could be as nice as to make you feel special but dependent.

The past and present had brought a tornado in her mind. How she wished she never had met Jai Rathore. How she wished she never had Aashi as his daughter. How she wished to change the past if given a chance.

Happy that u r back...I won't ask u to be regular becoz u r unpredictable...Cmg to d updates, Aashi&Rani had similar experiences...similar life to great extent...But the best thing is they have very adorable partners who gave them d space to breathe & be themselves...but at the end it kinda made them non independent also...And that's a irony!!!U have to be strong , confident nd fearless when u have ur loved one support all along but inturn it's making u dependent also...May they r not completely out of their past life that makes it hard for them to move on!!Ryan's entry will only cause more turbulence in Aashi!!
