I have seen members discuss the possibility of the medical tests that showed Ayan's DNA was present in Maya's wounds could have been tampered with. But is it possible that some of the DNA was found because of the physical contact during the tussle?

Or do you think Maya bribed someone at the hospital to mess with the results?

Maya did have wounds on her back but this could have again been because she fell a number of times and bumped into various objects.

If falling down or hitting into some object caused those injuries, then there wouldn't be any evidence that Ayan did it.

Based on what we were shown, it looks like the medical reports were definitely tampered with.

When Maya removed her robe during the trial, she had numerous marks on both of her arms. And there were quite a few bite marks too on her hands. From what we were shown of that fateful night, Ayan did not bite Maya on her arms. Based on that, either the medical reports have been tampered or there's something more to the story which has not been revealed yet.

We haven't heard Maya's version of the story. We have only seen a few clips and heard Ayaan's or Saanjh's, possibly modified, version. So it is not possible to say with certainty if Maya did that.
