I don't think Surbhi Siyapaa is really over!

I have a feeling we're being fooled by RS!
If she really wanted to end Surbhi track, she wouldn't have made her marriage public beforehand! Now, divorce is going to prove problematic! To get legal divorce, they need proof that marriage happened, and any search in that direction would reveal the fact that Harman is married to 2 (sisters) at the same time, which any legal court would find to be a punishable crime! Or, to avoid that, he'd have to announce that Saumya is kinnar, and he was duped, thus 1st marriage is by default void! But, that would mean separation from Saumya, which for Harman would be even worse than jail!
So, divorce would prove a complication...

Now, on the other hand, we see Harman trying to get Saumya to promise him that she'd never leave him, that she wouldn't sacrifice herself for the baby... BUT... she wouldn't give him that promise! Hinting that in the future, that's exactly what's gonna happen! Baby is gonna go missing somehow, and Saumya would go after it, most probably getting lost herself too in the process!

So..., where that would leave Harman? The wife he loves, would be lost to him! The wife he doesn't want, is stuck to him!
His uncle, is getting nasty, demanding his own son to be pronounced "waris" as long as Harman is not delivering a "real" one!
His parents, would probably be humiliated by chacha and chachi, for not having a real waris...
The "waris" issue would be turned from a mere "wish", to a "necessity" to protect his parents from his uncle's greed...

So, they're actually pushing things, in the direction we -naively-thought abandoned by CVs!!! But, it would seem that RS has not abandoned it at all! She's just postponing it a bit to appease us for a little while; and in the same time, making it more of a necessity than ever before! So that when Harman and Surbhi consummate their marriage eventually, they both seem completely blameless victims of impossible circumstances that no one can object to...

I thought TRP slap would have been enough for RS...and

Very well said & u observed very closely which none of us did...& U described it very well too 😆 actually it can be possible u never know even I felt that this track is just a lollipop for all HaYa fans to get them trapped once they get back the viewers & the trp is back...RS might take this way again & honestly speaking I don't trust them at all ! Even after surbhi is gone from Harman's life the divorce is still pending & it's unnecessary stretched like a chewingum & also they might face all these difficulties in the divorce process as well 😃 that's the reason I never celebrated surbhi's exit coz I didn't feel this mess will be cleared so easily & so soon there's definitely more to it...RS can do anything I'm just enjoying the temporary phase of HaYa 😳 when her cheap tracks will start I might quit again like I did when Harman's married surbhi😊

After trp decrease from 3.5 to 2.5 with crap 2nd marriage and worst trio honeymoon i dont think ch ph will take more risk rest up on future

Did they register anything or something. Also according hindus rituals you cant walk with three people. So there is no marraige etc. Also Harman was forced. Hope it is the end of Mahaan Surbi track! Give Surbi something else to do. Stilll Varun there!

As for the future of Harman and Saumya lets see .. I think they can go to every direction. Saumya still doesnt have any confidence that she is worth of Harman. A lot of scope there! I would like if Harman and Saumya just left the mad house for awile! Yes baby Singh Aditya wont stay,' I have feeling about that too.

I read about Indian law for divorce, and I found that you could only get divorce via court, and that you don't have to have your marriage registered in order to get divorce, seeing as most Indians do not register marriages, most of them considering the religious rituals more than enough.
In case of unregistered marriage, if you file for a divorce, you attach to your papers any "proof" of the marriage taking place, even a wedding picture or a wedding invitation would do, or the statement of eye-witnesses of the event...
Supposedly, any "proof" of the marriage, gets checked and investigated by court people... So... what do you think any basic investigation would reveal????? Especially after Harman-Surbhi marriage was publicly announced to the whole village, by Saumya herself?

That's why any attempt for divorce would prove disastrous for Harman! He either go to jail for polygamy, or sacrifice his marriage with Saumya by announcing her kinnar to court!

Perhaps Surbhi hasn't figured all this out yet, but when she does, she'll realize that divorce is impossible without harming Harman or his relationship with Saumya!
So, she'll probably let go of the divorce idea,,,, but,,,,, without divorce the relation would always exist, the door will always be open... And herein lies the problem! Especially, with the "waris" theme still going on strongly, and being the main focus of the whole show since a long time and till now still more than ever!

According to spoilers isn't it supposed to come out that Saumya is not kinnar but Surbhi is. And Saumya was switched at birth.
