Tannu can always say she will commit suicide, mom will die and so many other thigns are there.. Abhi won't put his love life beyond someone's life perhaps.

Yeah Miths, after the confession Pragya came to know.. but that didn't change anythign for Abhi really. Now they know from the beginning.. and things won't change much for him for a long time.
