Gul already told anika is not blue blood, but can't believe her words she once told shivay n anika will stand on their beliefs after wedding, n anika called herself zameen n mannhoos already, so I doubt she comes out as blue blood n some connection with oberios regarding her parents, but if she is orphan from birth. How come she had sister, or her parents died in her childhood, in short Anika's past is the only track iam looking forward to, (with very little hope as i know how CVS R😆)
