Wahi toh, the problem is first meeting itself is a big issue for outsiders who have a chance to select the best choice from several options unlike outsiders who have to do small roles and if luck permits,get noticed in that.

Nepotism exists everywhere. The university that I applied to, you automatically get accepted if your family is a doctor because you get a strong recommendation without even having a good GPA. But yeah I know glamour is different but yeah these star kids get multiple opportunities to show case their talent, they can deliver 45 flops and still be called the next big thing

lol please enlighten us which university this is? some medical schools may be easier to get into but getting in is just the first hurdle...once you are in it's whole another ball game... when it comes to the studying/exams etc it's survival of the fittest n not everyone can do it... it's not like Bollywood where a star kid with zero qualification for the job except being someones son or daughter will get repeated chances despite failures...

No deny you have to study. But I live in the USA. This University that I applied, the counselor even mentions how a recommendation from a doctor or someone in the school will be a strong resume to get into the program. There are lots students who their mother or father was a doctor or the head of the school and they get accepted without a strong GPA. But for others have to get in with good grades.

But yes in Bollywood, star kids deliver the most FLOPS. back to back flops with them is acceptable until they deliver ONE or two hit. Outsiders struggle to even get supporting cast. Kartik Aaryan and Saqib Saleem would've been so successful if they were star kids.
