Mehak for some reasons reminds me of one of those characters you yell at in a horror movie. You know that idiot character who goes down to the basement, instead of running out and calling for help, just to make sure no one is there.
Today's episode reminded me of my life.. like a little peak from the curtain. My ex bf once came to my house at 1 in the night. He was downstairs and demanded me to come out or he'll come up. I didn't go down. I wasn't going succumb to his imposition because that was just wrong and it would give him power over me.
And i think thats what Mehak should have done. Cause if you think from Mehak's POV, he still did insult her and made her feel like a worthless piece of furniture.
Nothing is attractive about romancing with a guy who insults not only you but your family and acts like you worth less than nothing. I don't get it.
If anything, she should give him a piece of her mind instead of sharing eyelocks. Because to me her chachi is right.. it seriously looks like she's doing all of this just to get Shaurya's attention while acting all innocent.
And i know a lot of you will disagree and say that she doesn't have a choice. But isn't that just absurd? Everybody gets choices. It just matters which one you choose.
I really really would appreciate if the writers make Mehak a little mature.
She should be all career thinking and all instead of pondering which place suits best to Shaurya.
Most of all, I can't see why Shaurya behaved like the way he did and i guess i could have find some level of forgiveness for him but his progression back to how he was before the marriage track doesn't make sense. The problem is that writers doesn't attempted to humanize him first. That would have made the romance and the story a little believable. You just don't go from A level asshole to be all romantic all of a sudden. I would have expected a little character development of his to deepen his inner whirlpool of emotions.
