Among all the main characters, it is only Bijoy & Asha who has been shown as knowing all the clauses in the pre-nup. And if it's valid, then why would he be so worried of Dev taking away Suha?

He being a person who has taught Sona always to fight over her weakness, then would have surely gave her the confidence that there was no need to worry, as they have the pre-nup with them. And I basically believe they are not officially divorced. If so, then why would Sona come back with 6-month old Soha? I think pre-nup was brought up to show Dev his mother'so true face.
